    摘要: The present invention provides a method for making a lithographic printing plate, which comprises imagewise exposing a presensitized plate having a photopolymerizable layer on a substrate having a hydrophilic surface by scanning the plate with laser light having a wavelength of 450 nm or shorter, developing the exposed plate with a developer and further exposing the whole surface of the developed plate to light having a wavelength of 450 nm or shorter. The method provides a lithographic printing plate by which a fog of reflection that is easily occurred in an inner drum-type exposing device during a direct process can be reduced to provide a clear image as well as a high printing durability.

    摘要: A blade of a gas turbine includes a main body having a dovetail portion and a blade portion extending from the dovetail portion. A cooling air passage for flowing a cooling air is formed in the main body to cool the blade portion. The passage includes a cooling air inlet port open to the dovetail portion and an outlet port open to an extended tip of the blade portion. A first passage portion extends from the inlet port to the portion close to the extended tip along a leading edge of the blade portion. A final passage portion extends from the dovetail portion to the outlet port. The flow sectional area of the final passage portion is gradually decreased from the dovetail portion toward the outlet port. The final passage portion communicates with a number of film cooling holes which are open to the suction side surface of the blade portion.

    摘要: A light-sensitive composition comprises at least one water-insoluble and aqueous alkaline-soluble polyurethane resin having N-sulfonylamido, N-sulfonylureido or N-aminosulfonylamido groups. The light-sensitive composition is excellent in developing properties in an aqueous alkaline developer and coating properties. In addition, the images obtained from the composition are good in wear resistance and exhibit high adhesion to the substrate. Thus, the composition is very suitable for use in making IC circuits, photomasks and PS plates which provide lithographic printing plates exhibiting high printing durability.

    摘要: A brake piston having required mechanical strength is produced through fewer steps than in conventional processes. An aluminum alloy containing Si and Mg, wherein the aluminum alloy has a Si concentration (CSi, mass %) and a Mg concentration (CMg mass %) falling within a range surrounded by four points A (0.75, 1.25), B (1.4, 1), C (1.4, 0.6), and D (0.75, 0.85) in terms of a relationship thereof (CSi, CMg), and further has a Cu concentration of 0.07 to 0.9 mass %, a Mn concentration of 0.1 to 0.9 mass %, a Ti concentration of 0.005 to 0.15 mass %, a Cr concentration of 0.2 mass % or less, and a Fe concentration of 0.5 mass or less %, the balance being A1 and inevitable impurities is cast to obtain a rod-shaped ingot. The rod-shaped ingot, without being subjected to a homogenization treatment, is straightened within 3 (three) days after the casting. The straightened rod-shaped ingot is cut into a given thickness to obtain a forging raw material. This forging raw material, without being subjected to annealing, is cold-forged at a reduction rate of 25 to 90% within 7 (seven) days after the casting of the rod-shaped ingot into a cup shape, which is subjected to age-hardening without being subjected to a solution heat treatment.
