    摘要: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device includes a substrate, a foundation layer, a lower layer side stacked body, an upper layer side stacked body, an inter-layer insulating layer, and a plurality of contact electrodes. The foundation layer is provided in the second contact region to form a difference in levels between the second contact region and the first contact region. The lower layer side stacked body includes a plurality of conductive layers stacked alternately with a plurality of insulating layers. An upper level portion of the lower layer side stacked body stacked on the foundation layer is patterned into a stairstep configuration. The upper layer side stacked body is provided on a lower level portion of the lower layer side stacked body stacked in the first contact region. The upper layer side stacked body includes a plurality of conductive layers stacked alternately with a plurality of insulating layers.

    摘要: A microstrip antenna that can be linear, co-circular, or dual-circularly polarized having co-planar radiating elements and operating at dual frequency bands wherein an inner radiating element is surrounded by and spaced from an outer radiating element. Each radiating element resonates at a different frequency. In one embodiment of the invention a feed network has a single, cross-shaped, feed line that is positioned between the inner and outer radiating elements and capacitively coupled to the inner and outer radiating elements. In another embodiment of the present invention, the radiating elements are fed separately by first and second feed networks each having a plurality of feed points. The radiating elements each have one active feed point that is either directly or indirectly coupled to its respective feed network.

    摘要: The extracorporeal blood circulating apparatus of the present invention includes: a closed-type venous reservoir having a blood storage chamber and a volume adjusting chamber that are disposed adjacently by partitioning a closed space formed by a housing; an adjusting liquid tank for storing an adjusting liquid that is connected to the volume adjusting chamber; and a blood pump that is connected to the blood storage chamber. In the housing, an inflow port for allowing blood to inflow and an outflow port for allowing blood to outflow are provided so as to communicate with the blood storage chamber, and an adjusting port for injecting and ejecting the adjusting liquid is provided so as to communicate with the volume adjusting chamber. The blood pump is connected via the outflow port, and the adjusting liquid tank is connected via the adjusting port. The closed space is partitioned by a flexible septum member so as to form the blood storage chamber and the volume adjusting chamber, and the adjusting liquid tank and the adjusting port are connected by a conduit member having a configuration that can adjust a flowing amount. Control of a blood storage amount to be most appropriate and easy adjustment are possible throughout all steps from before starting an extracorporeal blood circulation to terminating it.

    摘要: When transmitting an on-road location on a digital map, an information provider transmits, as on-road location information, string of coordinates information representing the road shape of a road section including the on-road location having a predetermined length, additional information including at least one information item chosen from a group of the attribute information on the road including the road location and detailed information on the nodes in the road section, and relative information indicating the on-road location in the road section. Receiving party receiving this on-road location information performs shape matching to identify the road section on a digital map and uses relative data to identify the on-road location in this road section. The receiving party can identify the road shape with high accuracy even when only a small amount of string of coordinates data is available. This makes it possible to reduce the data transmission amount and identify an on-load location with high accuracy.

    摘要: If a fire brakes out on a road, e.g. inside a tunnel, the road becomes in a high temperature, and hence a vehicle becomes dangerous if it enters the tunnel. Accordingly, it is desired that an automatic braking device of a vehicle is operated automatically in response to a signal formed of an electromagnetic wave. A transmitter for transmitting a signal formed of an electromagnetic wave is provided on a road. The automatic braking device and a receiver are respectively provided in the vehicle, wherein the automatic braking device drives a pump when the receiver receives the signal, operating an automatic brake to wheel brakes provided in a pair of right and left front wheels and/or rear wheels, so that an antilock control device is operable during the operation of the automatic braking device. The receiver outputs a control signal in response to the signal transmitted by the transmitter, and the automatic braking device is operated in response to the control signal outputted by the receiver.
