    摘要: A control apparatus of a synchronous motor having armature windings and perpendicular field windings comprises a frequency converter of a cycloconverter which converts the frequency of an alternating current and supplies the converted current to the armature windings of the synchronous motor. On a shaft of the synchronous motor are installed a speed detector, a position detector, and a speed instruction circuit. The frequency converter is controlled in accordance with the outputs of the speed detector, the position detector and the speed instruction circuit. An alternating current excites the field windings, so that a field of magnetic force is rotationally generated. The direction of the magnetic field is determined depending upon the output of the speed detector.

    摘要: A semiconductor package has a substrate made of WCu, WAg, MoCu or MoAg. A plurality of leads are fixed to the substrate by hermetic sealing without an intervening nickel plating layer. A cover is bonded to the substrate with a seal ring which is directly bonded to the substrate by brazing without an intervening nickel plating layer. The leads are nickel plated and gold plated after hermetic sealing, and the seal ring is nickel plated and gold plated after brazing. Even though the substrate is made of a metal alloy, this arrangement provides the package with a high degree of air tightness.
