摘要: A semiconductor device includes an interlayer insulation film, an underlying line provided in the interlayer insulation film, a liner film overlying the interlayer insulation film, an interlayer insulation film overlying the liner film. The underlying line has a lower hole and the liner film and the interlayer insulation film have an upper hole communicating with the lower hole, and the lower hole is larger in diameter than the upper hole. The semiconductor device further includes a conductive film provided at an internal wall surface of the lower hole, a barrier metal provided along an internal wall surface of the upper hole, and a Cu film filling the upper and lower holes. The conductive film contains a substance identical to a substance of the barrier metal. A highly reliable semiconductor device can thus be obtained.

摘要: A user-driven document data collection system may allow the user to enter document data in no particular order. The data collection system may help the user identify documents and determine whether those documents are relevant. The document data collection system may also allow the user to input a description of a document, identify the document based on the description, and determine whether or not the document is appropriate for data collection. The data collection system may be configured to display example documents for the user to verify the identification of a document. A user may enter data for a document via a data entry screen based in part on a scanned image of the document. The document data collection system may analyze the data from documents to determine whether or not any additional information, such as from additional documents, is required to perform a particular task using the document data.

摘要: A detected signal 111 contains a preamble portion which includes symbol alternations, followed by a unique word portion, and a data portion. Each time a symbol alternation is detected, a correction value calculation section 102 averages the phase shift in the detected signal 111 for a predetermined length, thereby calculating a correction value 115. The correction value determination section 103 stores a plurality of correction values 115 in a chronological order. When the unique word portion is detected, the correction value determination section 103 retains, as an effective correction value 118, a correction value which is arrived at by going back a predetermined number of correction values among the stored correction values. A phase rotation section 104 corrects the phase of the detected signal 111 by using an effective correction value 118 calculated by the correction value determination section 103.

摘要: A rendering apparatus includes a rasterizer, pixel processing units and memories. The rasterizer generates pixels corresponding to graphics. The pixel processing units execute rendering operations for the pixels generated by the rasterizer. The pixels rendered by the same pixel processing unit are positioned substantially equidistantly and isotropically within a rendering area. The memories are provided in association with the respective pixel processing units and store data of the pixels rendered by the associated pixel processing units.

摘要: A vehicle steering device and method for preventing steering wheel pull. A selectively engageable clutch is positioned between a steering wheel and a turning mechanism for turning at least one steered wheel. The clutch includes an engaging piece and has an engaged position where the steering wheel is mechanically connected to the turning mechanism and a disengaged position where the steering wheel is mechanically separated from the turning mechanism and steer-by-wire controls the at least one steered wheel. When the clutch is moved from the engaged position to the disengaged position, clutch release control is performed that provides a rotational angle of deviation between a steering wheel shaft connected to the steering wheel and the turning mechanism, the rotational angle of deviation provided in the direction of disengagement.
