    摘要： An image signal inputting and outputting apparatus has a memory device for temporarily storing image signals. In addition, the image signal inputting and outputting apparatus includes an A/D converter for converting analog image signals to digital image signals. The apparatus further includes a memory controller for writing the digital image signals into the memory device and reading out the image signals written in the memory device, and a controller for enabling the A/D converter to hold blanking level data converted by the A/D converter after the A/D converter converts effective signals of the image signals.

    摘要： An apparatus for synchronizing a plurality of signals forming a picture signal is provided. The plurality of signals include at least two types of signals, each having a predetermined time unit. The two types of signals are alternately outputted. The apparatus include separate memory devices for separately storing the two types of signals having predetermined time units. A memory control mechanism is provided for successively writing the two types of signals in a manner such that the writing operation is alternated between a first memory device and a second memory device of the separate memory devices so as to provide alternate blank memory areas in the first and second memory devices. Thus, the signals of the same type as those written in areas adjacent to the blank memory areas can be written in the blank memory areas.

At least the radial bearing gap at each of the radial bearing portions, and a bottom gap having the thrust bearing portion received therein are filled with lubricating oil. A void section is formed in an interior space of the housing. Assuming that d1 represents a gap width of the radial bearing gap and d2 represents a gap width of the radial gap, a relationship of 30d1≦d2≦250d1 is satisfied.

A support member 3 mounted on the base 2 extends alongside the first steel pipe P1. A second steel pipe P2 is suspended above the first steel pipe P1 by a suspending mechanism 4. A threaded joint can be connected and disconnected by first and second tongs 5 and 6 which rotate the second steel pipe P2 with respect to the first steel pipe P1. A stabilizer 7 mounted on the support member 3 can limit the radius of gyration of the second steel pipe P2.
