    摘要: This invention aims at providing a novel semiconductor accelerometer comprising a smaller number of substrates and a production method thereof.An insulating film is formed on a main plane of a P-type silicon substrate, and a beam-like movable electrode is formed on the insulating film. Fixed electrodes are then formed on both sides of the movable electrode in self-alignment with the movable electrode by diffusing an impurity into the P-type silicon substrate, and the insulating film below the movable electrode is etched and removed. There is thus produced a semiconductor accelerometer comprising the P-type silicon substrate 1, the movable electrode 4 having the beam structure and disposed above the P-type silicon substrate 1 with a predetermined gap between them, and the fixed electrodes 8, 9 consisting of the impurity diffusion layer and formed on both sides of the movable electrode 4 on the P-type silicon substrate 1 in self-alignment with the movable electrode 4. This sensor can detect acceleration from the change (increase/decrease) of a current between the fixed electrodes 8 and 9 resulting from the displacement of the movable electrode 4 due to acceleration.

    摘要: In a zigzag running warning system for automotive vehicles which detects and gives a warning of zigzag running of a vehicle, a terrestrial magnetism sensor generates an electric signal having an amplitude varying in dependence on the direction of travel of the vehicle with respect to the direction of the terrestrial magnetism. An electronic unit in the system discriminates that vehicle is running in a zigzag direction when the amplitude of the electric signals changes in excess of a predetermined value at a period which is less than a predetermined time, and informs the driver of the zigzag running by a speaker, lamp or the like.

    摘要: A luggage door unlocking device for a vehicle, capable of unlocking the luggage door of the vehicle without using an unlocking key includes a portable signal transmitter for transmitting an unlocking signal; signal receiving device provided on the vehicle, for receiving and discriminating the unlocking signal; and a driving device which drives an unlocking mechanism on the basis of the received and discriminated unlocking signal. The signal receiving device has a magnetic sensor, a smoothing circuit which smoothes the reception signal provided by the magnetic sensor and provides a smoothed signal, and a comparator which receives the reception signal and the smoothed signal and allows the reception signal to pass only when the signal level of the reception signal changes beyond the signal level of the smoothed signal. The noise overlapping the reception signal is eliminated by the comparator, whereby an unlocking signal including no noise is fed to the driving device.

The capacity type rotation detecting apparatus further includes first and second periodic signal supply circuits which have different repetition periods and respectively supply detecting signals of opposite phase to the respective pairs of sets of input electrodes on the first plate, and a rotational angle signal generating circuit and a reference angular position signal generating circuit responsive to respective signals generated at the at least two rings on the first plate to generate a rotational angle detection signal and a reference angular position detection signal, respectively, thereby simultaneously providing detection signals accurately without any delay irrespective of the rotational speeds of the second plate.
