Further, the marks within each of the regions represent the piece of information different from that represented by the marks within any other one of the regions, and each of the marks within each of the regions is aligned in the lengthwise direction of the spark plug with one of the marks within any other one of the regions. With such formation of marks, the spark plug can be accurately identified without rotating it to a specific position during the identification process.

Further, there is also a method in which a receiving tank (8) for wash water drained from the washing tank (1) is provided, and at least one part of the wash water in the receiving tank (8) is returned to an inlet side of the ozonized water generator (10) to perform cyclic use of the wash water.

In the package layer forming step, adverse effects by the heat from the thermoplastic resin 12 to the electronic components 2-4 and the substrate 1 are inhibited with the coating layer 14.

An aluminum substrate for magnetic recording media such as magnetic disks, etc., is composed of an aluminum alloy plate containing 2 to 6% by weight magnesium and impurities in only limited amounts and having on the surface an anodic oxidation film with thickness more than 3 .mu.m formed by a chromic acid process. In the thus-anodized aluminum substrate, the occurrence of black spot defects is greatly reduced and the formation of cracks upon heating the substrate to high temperatures is prevented in spite of the thicker anodic oxidation film.
