摘要： An optical sheet includes a sheet body including a single translucent resin material layer having a first surface that light enters and a second surface that the light exits. The sheet body is orientationally crystallized in a first in-plane axis direction and a second in-plane axis direction orthogonal to each other and having a linear expansion coefficient of 1.0*10E−5/° C. or less in all in-plane directions. A structure surface portion that has a geometric configuration and is formed on at least one of the first surface and the second surface.

摘要： A diffusion sheet includes: a substrate having a first principal surface and a second principal surface; and structures each in a convex shape formed randomly on the first principal surface or the second principal surface of the substrate. The structures have an identical or almost identical height. The structures have an aspect ratio h/r, where r denotes an average radius of the structures and h denotes an average height of the structures, of more than 0.85 and not more than 1.50. The structures have a filling factor of not less than 60% and not more than 80%.

摘要： Before performing observation with an optical scanning probe using a low-coherence light source and the like, a shutter is inserted in a reference light side optical path to create a state wherein interference light does not occur, in which state a reference member is set to a focal position of a converging optical system such that the output of a light detector is maximal by moving the reference member by a driving device at an observation light optical path side of an optical scanning probe, following which the shutter is opened, and the position of a mirror at the reference light side is moved and set such that the output of the light detecting means is maximal, thereby enabling the optical scanning observation apparatus to be set to a state of suitable optical properties, easily and smoothly.
