摘要: Disclosed herein is a word line driving circuit in which sub-word lines are prevented from floating by using a sub-word line driver having two transistors. A plurality of sub-word line drivers is connected to one main word line. Each of the plurality of the sub-word lines includes a PMOS transistor and a NMOS transistor serially connected between a sub-word line driving voltage FX and a ground voltage. A floating prevention unit selects the main word line to a level of a threshold voltage using a driving signal having the level of the threshold voltage, thus preventing sub-word lines of a sub-word line driver, where the sub-word line driving voltage FX is off, from floating.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method or an operation for providing a personalized TV-Anytime metadata service. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a table field element using a get_Data operation in the TV-Anytime metadata service. In the table field element provision method, a requested fields type element (RequestedFieldsType) required to designate a field of a metadata table is included in a query result value type in the SOAP query operation. A request message of the SOAP query operation is received. When the request message includes the requested fields type element for designating the query result value, a query result value corresponding to a designated table field is extracted from the requested fields type element included in the request message, and the query result value is transmitted using a response message of the SOAP operation.

摘要: An overhead vehicle entertainment unit is disclosed. The unit includes a housing for accommodating electronic components such as a control module, an audio module, a video module and an illumination module. A video display, such as an LCD panel, is pivotally attached to the housing. The housing is mountable in an interior of a motor vehicle, and includes at least one vent disposed on a side portion of the housing for allowing airflow to cool electronic components within the housing. A port is provided on a side portion of the housing for allowing a removable media source, such as a DVD, to be selectively inserted into and removed from the entertainment unit.

摘要: Provided are improved methods for forming silicon films, particularly single-crystal silicon films from amorphous silicon films in which a single-crystal silicon substrate is prepared by removing any native oxide, typically using an aqueous HF solution, and placed in a reaction chamber. The substrate is then heated from about 350° C. to a first deposition temperature under a first ambient to induce single-crystal epitaxial silicon deposition primarily on exposed silicon surfaces. The substrate is then heated to a second deposition temperature under a second ambient that will maintain the single-crystal epitaxial silicon deposition on exposed single-crystal silicon while inducing amorphous epitaxial silicon deposition on insulating surfaces. The amorphous epitaxial silicon can then be converted to single-crystal silicon using a solid phase epitaxy process to form a thin, high quality silicon layer. The first and second ambients include at least one silicon source gas and may include a non-oxidizing carrier gas.

摘要: Sealant compositions particularly suitable for solid oxide fuel cell sealant are provided and preferably comprise glass matrix and ceramic fiber, wherein glass matrix and ceramic fiber are mixed in an volume ratio of 25:75-75:25 in the sealant, and the ceramic fibers are preferably uniformly dispersed in the sealant to exhibit an orientation. Methods to manufacture the sealant compositions also are provided. Particularly preferred sealant compositions of the invention can efficiently avoid undesired viscous flow of glass matrix, precisely locate the stack of fuel cell on the region to be sealed, and maintain uniform sealing ability under various changes in size of the fuel cell stack.

摘要: A method for successively recording data in a hybrid digital recorder. If an optical disc has no redundant area when a hybrid digital recorder in which an optical disc recorder and an HDD recorder, etc. are integrated in one body records an input data stream on the optical disc, the input data stream is temporarily stored in an HDD. If the optical disc is replaced with a new optical disc, the input data stream is temporarily stored in the HDD, and at the same time the data stream having been temporarily stored in the HDD is read and recorded on the new optical disc at a high speed. If all the data streams temporarily stored in the HDD are read and recorded on the new optical disc, the following data stream is recorded on the new optical disc. Therefore, an external input data stream such as a long-term broadcast program is distributed to a plurality of optical discs, and is stored on the optical discs without generating any lost data.

摘要: An apparatus for and a method of integrating switching and transferring of synchronous optical network/synchronous digital hierarchy (SONET/SDH), plesiochronous digital hierarchy (PDH), and Ethernet signals, which integrate and provide connection of synchronous digital (SONET/SDH) signals, plesiochronous digital (PDH) signals, and Ethernet signals, mutually change the synchronous digital (SONET/SDH) signals, the plesiochronous digital (PDH) signals, and the Ethernet signals, packet switching, synchronous timeslot switching, and channel configuration management and control functions in one system. Thus, packet switching capacity, timeslot switching capacity, and packet/timeslot bridging capacity can be enlarged and configured according to corresponding application. Also, a distinctive service compared to a service provided by a separate Ethernet device or a SONET/SDH network device can be provided through a packet/timeslot bridge. In addition, varied and reliable communication service at a moderate price can be provided to service users, and decreased investment and maintenance fee can be provided to carrier service providers.
