摘要: Disclosed herein are embodiments of a signaling conjugate, embodiments of a method of using the signaling conjugates, and embodiments of a kit comprising the signaling conjugate. The disclosed signaling conjugate comprises a latent reactive moiety and a chromogenic moiety that may further comprise a linker suitable for coupling the latent reactive moiety to the chromogenic moiety. The signaling conjugate may be used to detect one or more targets in a biological sample and are capable of being covalently deposited directly on or proximally to the target. Particular disclosed embodiments of the method of using the signaling conjugate comprise multiplexing methods.

摘要: The disclosure generally relates to the preparation of representative samples from clinical samples, e.g., tumors (whole or in part), lymph nodes, metastases, cysts, polyps, or a combination or portion thereof, using mechanical and/or biochemical dissociation methods to homogenize intact samples or large portions thereof. The resulting homogenate provides the ability to obtain a correct representative sample despite spatial heterogeneity within the sample, increasing detection likelihood of low prevalence subclones, and is suitable for use in various diagnostic assays as well as the production of therapeutics, especially “personalized” anti-tumor vaccines or immune cell based therapies.

摘要: A tissue sample that has been removed from a subject can be properly fixed for evaluation using the disclosed transporter assembly for carrying a tissue sample and method for fixing an unfixed tissue sample. In one embodiment, the disclosed assembly includes a transport container, a fixative in the transport container, and a cooling device that reduces and/or maintains the temperature of the fixative to perform a pre-soaking process at a temperature of less than about 7° C. The pre-soaking process can, for example, be performed during sample transport or during extended periods of storage, such as over a weekend.

In another example, a device includes characters that can be chromogenically developed using an automated slide staining instrument to memorialize a binding event.
