    摘要： A static apparatus includes an iron core which includes a plurality of magnetic plates stacked in one direction and in which a shaft portion having a main surface and a side surface is formed, and a coil wound around the shaft portion. Slits extending in an axial direction of the shaft portion are formed in at least a surface layer magnetic plate constituting the main surface, of the plurality of magnetic plates. Some of the slits are formed in the main surface, at an end portion close to the side surface, at a predetermined formation density. The formation density of the slits is highest at the predetermined formation density, and is reduced as at least one of a minimum distance from the side surface within the main surface and a distance from the main surface on a side close to the slits in the stacking direction is increased.

    摘要： A gas-insulated switchgear includes a fixed-side electrode having a tubular fixed-side-conducting contact and a fixed-side shield for housing the fixed-side-conducting contact, and a movable-side electrode having a movable conductor driven by a driving unit to be connected to and separated from the fixed-side-conducting contact, facing each other in a container filled with an insulating gas. The switchgear includes a fixed-side-arc shield in the form of a circular plate, which is made of an arc-resistant member and has an opening of a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the movable conductor, the opening being formed on the side of the fixed-side shield facing the movable-side electrode. The fixed-side-arc shield is formed into a thin plate so as to cause an arc current to flow outward in a radial direction during contact parting of the fixed-side-conducting contact and the movable conductor to generate magnetic flux on a surface thereof in a circumferential direction.

    摘要： A data reproduction apparatus and a data reproduction method can alleviate the workload of a special processing operation of fast forward or reverse data reproduction and improve the data access speed for fast reproduction of data. The data reproduction apparatus comprises an optical pickup 2 for reproducing data from an optical disk 1, a sector detector 4 for detecting a first piece of data information indicating if a data is to be output as signal or not, a ring buffer memory 6 for storing data, an error correction circuit 7 for correcting errors in the data to be output as signal as indicated by the first piece of data information out of the stored data, a stream detector 10 for detecting a second piece of data information indicating the data to be out as signal out of the data corrected for errors, decoders 13, 16 for decoding the data corrected for errors and stored in the ring buffer memory 6 as signal to be reproduced and a system controller 22 for control the data to be decoded and the data not to be decoded by referring to the first piece of data information and the second piece of data information detected by a second data information detection means.
