摘要: The invention relates to a thermocouple for sensing the temperature at a measurement point, comprising a first conductor that has a first end and a first terminal, and a second conductor that has a second end and a second terminal. The first end of the first conductor and the second end of the second conductor are in electric contact with one another at the measurement point, while the first terminal of the first conductor and the second terminal of the second conductor can each be connected to a terminal line. The first conductor and the second conductor are applied to a substrate using thick-film technology, the first end of the first conductor and the second end of the second conductor overlapping in at least some sections at the measurement point. A hot runner nozzle has a heater and a thermocouple according to the invention.

摘要: Control unit for motor vehicle brakes composed of conventional function groups with an electronic brake controller and a hydraulic unit that is in particular rigidly connected to the controller, with the electronic controller comprising a redundant or partly redundant microprocessor system with several central processing units (CPU), and with the conventional function groups including a control philosophy at least for anti-lock control. Furthermore, the control unit comprises non-conventional hardware and software function groups of an otherwise external motor vehicle passenger protection safety system, which in particular does not intervene directly into driving dynamics, hence, is passive. These groups are integrated into the ambience of the control unit for motor vehicle brakes, and ambience implies that the non-conventional hardware and software function groups to be integrated are arranged at least in the immediate vicinity of the conventional electronic brake controller.

摘要: A system for maintaining hydraulic pressure in a vehicle hydraulic system when the vehicle is stopped or idling. A hydraulic pressure reserve system includes a primary hydraulic circuit that includes a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic sump and that provides hydraulic pressure to at least a hydraulically actuated transmission and an accumulator tank and control valve connected from the primary hydraulic circuit for storing a reserve of hydraulic fluid at an accumulator pressure. An accumulator control valve, such as a bi-directional valve, allows a flow of hydraulic fluid between the primary circuit and the accumulator tank according to the primary circuit pressure to raise the primary circuit pressure towards a desired pressure. The hydraulic pressure reserve system may include a primary gear connected from a primary drive and driving an auxiliary secondary gear with a primary drive clutch for connecting the secondary gear to drive the hydraulic pump and an auxiliary drive clutch for connecting the auxiliary secondary gear or a drive chain to drive the hydraulic pump.

摘要: In the case of the present-day trend of miniaturizing housed electronic devices, there is the problem that the contact spacings between the terminal pins becomes smaller and smaller and are no longer visible optically. As a result, it also becomes more difficult to solder the contacts of correspondingly designed contact bases, which for example, are designed as test bases, to the individual conductor tracks of the printed circuit board. Possible faulty soldering points, short circuits or interruptions have hitherto been tracked down by laborious manual measurement using the TDR method. The invention proposes producing a test device in which in each case two terminal pins are connected to a short-circuiting bridge. The test device is inserted into the contact base and connects two signal paths of the printed circuit board on which the propagation time of a reflected wave can be measured.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for determining the spacing or distance of two reference points which are movable between a lower spacing limit and an upper spacing limit. The method is especially for determining the spacing of a vehicle body of a motor vehicle relative to a fixed reference point. The spacings are determined with the aid of a sensor and this sensor is attached as close as possible to a defined position. Thereafter, an offset is determined from the signal, which is indicated by the sensor, and from the signal, which a sensor would indicate if located in the defined position. For the spacing measurement, this offset is added to the signal, which is indicated by the sensor, and the spacing of the two reference points is determined from the summation signal which results in this way. With the method, it is achieved that an imprecisely installed sensor can be calibrated to a precisely installed sensor.
