    Abstract: An operation management apparatus operates one or more vehicles by automated driving. The operation management apparatus includes a controller configured to predict, for each vehicle based on operation plan data, a time point at which driving is switched from automated driving to manual driving, identify, as a target vehicle, a vehicle for which time until the predicted time point is less than a threshold value, acquire vehicle data and/or operation record data, determine, based on the acquired vehicle data or the acquired operation record data, one or more types of abnormality having occurred in the target vehicle, designate, from among a plurality of workers according to the determined types of abnormality, a first worker who is to perform a maintenance operation on the target vehicle at a site near the target vehicle, and notify the first worker of information that prompts the first worker to take care of the abnormality.

    Abstract: A VGI system includes a plurality of BEVs, a plurality of pieces of EVSE, and a server. The server determines whether the BEV exchanges electric power with a power grid with the use of second EVSE provided in a second area, the second area being different in manner of management of power supply by the power grid from a first area where predetermined first EVSE is provided, the first EVSE being normally used by the BEV. When the server determines that the BEV exchanges electric power with the use of the second EVSE and when the second area is higher than the first area in contribution to DR in exchange of electric power by the BEV, the server grants an incentive higher than in exchange of electric power with the power grid with the use of the first EVSE.

    Abstract: A vehicle that is an automatic driving vehicle acquires a control program for an ECU from a control center by wireless communication. A server includes a keyboard and mouse to accept handling by an operation manager that manages operation of the vehicle from outside of the vehicle, a display to present information to the operation manager, a communication IF configured to communicate with the control center, and a processor. The processor controls the display such that the display presents an update condition of the control program to the operation manager, when the control program is updatable. The processor control the communication IF such that the communication IF gives a notice of approval of update of the control program to the control center, when the keyboard and the mouse have accepted an operation manager’s handling for approving the update of the control program.
