摘要: To provide an apparatus for treating a radioactive nitrate waste liquid that includes a denitrification tank (12A) which accommodates active sludge that adsorbs or takes in the radioactive substance in a nitrate waste liquid (11) and in which an anaerobic microorganism that reduces the nitrate to nitrogen gas grows, and a reaeration tank (14) in which a denitrification-treated liquid (24) treated in the denitrification tank (12A) is aerated and mixed with active sludge. A pH adjuster (21), a carbon source (22), and nitrogen gas are supplied to the denitrification tank (12A) so as to separate a denitrified liquid into a solid content and the denitrification-treated liquid (24) by using a first solid-liquid separating film (25), and the denitrification-treated liquid (24) treated with the active sludge in the reaeration tank (14) is reaerated and separated into a solid content and a reaeration-treated liquid (27) by using a second solid-liquid separating film (28).

摘要: A reduction in cost and improvement in evaluation accuracy are achieved. Provided is an in-plane compressive strength evaluation device (10) that is provided with a memory unit (21) into which, when an in-plane compressive strength evaluation is actually performed using a test piece, an evaluation result related to the load and a displacement in the test piece is stored as first information; a first analysis unit (22) that obtains, by producing a structural model of a test piece and performing a simulation of the in-plane compressive strength evaluation, second information that is an evaluation result related to the load and a displacement of the structural model; an adjustment unit (23) that adjusts an elemental factor of the structural model that influences the in-plane compressive strength such that the second information approaches the first information; and a second analysis unit (24) that, in a state where the elemental factor used when the second information approaches the first information most closely is maintained, expands the structural model into the structural form of the actual tube support plate, and that performs the in-plane compressive strength evaluation using the expanded structural model.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a technology capable of planting seedlings in soil in planting ground such as dry land and allowing the seedling to root securely and grow without artificially supplying water continuously. Not only is a seedling fixed inside an upper opening portion of a tube having a length to a deep water-containing layer in the planting ground but also a growing medium is put inside the tube at a hardness that allows the root of the seedling to grow long downward, and the root of the seedling is allowed to grow below the tube, thereby obtaining the seedling having a long root. A vertical hole having approximately the same diameter as that of the tube is dug in the ground of the planting ground until reaching a soil layer having water quality and water quantity necessary for growth of plant, the seedling having the long root is buried in the vertical hole together with the tube, thereby planting the seedling in the planting ground.

摘要: A first electronic device, a second electronic device which generates less heat than the first electric device, and an electrode are connected by a heat leveling plate formed of an electrically conductive material having high thermal conductivity. A heat radiation plate is provided below an insulated substrate to which the first and second electronic devices are mounted. The second electronic device is cooled by a heat radiation path which extends through the insulated substrate and the heat radiation plate and a heat radiation path which extends through the second electronic device and the electrode to the heat radiation plate. The first and the second electronic device have substantially the same temperature due to heat radiation through the heat leveling plate. As a result, cooling effect of the electronic devices can be enhanced.

摘要: In order to simplify the control and construction of the cooling system in a manner which avoids the need for costly electromagnetic valves and control circuits such as microprocessor and the like, a reservoir in which coolant is stored is arranged to constantly communicate with a lower portion of a cooling circuit which includes the coolant jacket and the radiator in which the coolant vapor is condensed. A small coolant pump returns condensate from the radiator to the coolant jacket in response to a temperature sensor disposed in the coolant jacket. A cooling fan or like device is operated in response to a second temperature sensor disposed at the bottom of the radiator. The reservoir communicates with the ambient atmosphere through a relief valve which remains closed until a predetermined positive or negative pressure differential prevails between the ambient atmosphere and the interior of the reservoir.
