    摘要: A hub-bearing unit includes a bearing unit having a stationary radially outer ring, a rotatable radially inner ring, and a double row of rolling bodies. The first row of rolling bodies, are axially outwards, interposed between the radially outer ring and a rotor-hub. The rolling bodies centers are located along a radius of a first circle, respective to a hub-bearing unit symmetry axis. The second row of rolling bodies, axially inwards, being interposed between the radially outer ring and the radially inner ring. The radially inner ring is assembled on top of the rotatable rotor-hub. A flange portion is axially external and steadily fixed to a tubular portion of the rotor-hub. The flange includes a plurality of fixing holes, whose axes are located along a radius of a second circle, respective to the hub-bearing unit symmetry axis. The first circle radius is greater than the second circle radius.

    摘要: A wheel hub rotary joint assembly includes a wheel hub with a wheel flange and a sleeve section for receiving a wheel bearing; and a constant-velocity rotary joint with an outer joint part having a first spur gearing section with first teeth at its end facing the wheel hub. The sleeve section has a second spur gearing section with second teeth at its end facing the rotary joint. The two spur gearing sections engage one another for torque transmission. At least one of the two spur gearing sections is designed such that, viewed in the radial direction, the first and second teeth initially only come into contact with one another on a small subsurface of the tooth surfaces facing one another during axial tensioning. Viewed in the radial direction, the first and second teeth initially come only into contact with one another on the radially inward side and, as tensioning increases, also come into contact with one another on the radially outward side, for which purpose a substructure of the sleeve section and/or of the outer joint part having the teeth is more easily deformable in a radially inward region than in a region lying radially further outward.

The double row rolling bearing has an outer member, an inner member, and double row rolling elements rollably disposed between the double row raceway surfaces of the outer member and inner member. The constant velocity universal joint has an outer joint member, a shoulder portion, and a shaft portion. A female thread is formed on the shaft portion. End faces of the shoulder portion and the caulked portion are formed with face splines, respectively. The face spline of the caulked portion has a portion where a tooth height of a tooth space of a portion radially outside the pitch circle diameter is set lower than that of other portions of the tooth space.
