    摘要: A vehicle drive axle half shaft, which belongs to a half shaft used for a vehicle drive axle with an oil-lubricated structure, includes a shaft body (41) and bonding portions located at both ends of the shaft body (41), or includes a shaft body (41), a bonding portion located at one end of the shaft body (41) and a flange (43) located at the other end of the shaft body (41); a helical structure (8) is provided on an outer surface of the shaft body (41), and when the shaft body (41) rotates for driving a wheel hub (7) and a vehicle to move forward, a direction in which the helical structure (8) conveys lubricating liquid is toward one side of a main speed reducer (1). It has a simple structure and a novel design, and is conveniently manufactured, and may keep the amount of oil in various cavities stable, so as to ensure adequate lubrication of various components. Particularly, it has good effects on oil gas exhaustion and cooling of the wheel end mechanism (2), and effectively extends the service life of the drive axle system, thus being suitable for all oil-lubricated vehicle drive axle.

    摘要: A driveshaft for an aircraft ram air turbine, the driveshaft including a cylindrical body having an outer surface, an inner surface, a longitudinal axis, a first end section, a second end section opposite the first end section, and an elongated intermediate section connecting the first end section and the second end section. The outer surfaces of the elongated intermediate section includes at least three separate grooves initiating at a location proximate to the first end section and extending parallel to the longitudinal axis across the outer surface to a location proximate to the second end section, the grooves being separated equidistantly around a circumference of the outer surface. The grooves provide a high lateral bending stiffness and low torsional stiffness such that a drivetrain operates at a frequency below an operating range frequency and the driveshaft at a critical speed above an operating speed.

The hollow shaft is configured to receive the first liner and the second liner, disposed in the first liner, in the axially extending inner chamber wherein the first and second liners operate to attenuate a first frequency and a second frequency during rotation of the prop-shaft.

    摘要: A hydroformed driveshaft tube formed using a hydroforming process is provided. The hydroformed driveshaft tube comprises a first end portion, a second end portion, and a middle portion. The middle portion is at least partially defined by a circular arc shaped surface of revolution. At least a portion of the middle portion has a diameter greater than a diameter of the first end portion and the second end portion. The middle portion comprises a first distension, a constriction, and a second distension and is formed between the first end portion and the second end portion. The constriction is formed between the first distension and the second distension and the middle portion affects a critical speed and a breathing mode frequency of the hydroformed driveshaft tube. The hydroformed driveshaft tube reduces a cost of a driveshaft assembly.

    摘要: An agricultural harvester includes an unloading auger carried by a chassis and supplied with cleaned crop material that has passed through a cleaning system. The unloading auger includes a drive auger assembly having a drive coupling and a driven auger assembly. The driven auger assembly includes a hollow tube having an inner surface; an inner rod journaled within the hollow tube and defining a first end and a second end; a coupler attached to the first end of the inner rod that is configured to couple to the drive coupling; and a tube connector rotatably coupling the inner rod to the inner surface of the hollow tube adjacent to the second end of the inner rod. The inner rod is only rotatably coupled to the hollow tube adjacent to the second end of the inner rod.
