摘要: A gearbox assembly for power take off from an electric motor of an electric power assisted steering apparatus comprises a gearbox housing which houses a worm shaft and a gear wheel. The worm shaft incorporates one or more external helical worm teeth. A main bearing assembly supports the worm shaft at an end closest to the motor. A tail bearing assembly supports the worm shaft at an end furthest from the motor. At least the tail bearing assembly is free to move relative to the housing through a limited range of motion that enables the worm shaft to move radially away from an axis of the wheel gear. A piston is slidingly received within a bore in an end of the wormshaft and has a has a head at an end facing the motor which connects with an output shaft of the motor. An interface between the recess of the piston and the protrusion of motor shaft defines a pivot axis of the worm shaft. A spring located within the bore in the end of the worm shaft and is compressed between the worm shaft. The piston has a tapered shoulder located within the bore that increases in diameter from an end furthest from the motor towards an end nearest the motor. The gearbox assembly further includes an annular o-ring that sits on the tapered shoulder, the spring acting on the piston through the o-ring whereby movement of the wormshaft towards the motor shaft compresses the spring which in turn drives the o-ring along the tapered shoulder until the o-ring becomes wedged between the piston and the inner wall of the bore of the wormshaft.

For example, some embodiments include an adapter body with an internal cavity, a first end having a gearbox connection structure connecting the adapter body to a gearbox body, a first shaft hole in an end face of the first end providing communication between the internal cavity and an outside of the adapter body, and a second end having an opening in communication with the internal cavity; a transmission shaft configured to extend from the outside into the internal cavity via the opening and then out of the adapter body through the first shaft hole; an opening cover with a second shaft hole, the opening cover fitted at the second end to block the opening but allow the transmission shaft to pass out of the internal cavity through the second shaft hole; and a rotating bearing arranged in the internal cavity and fitted to the transmission shaft to support the transmission shaft.

A first bearing, e.g., a double bearing, for rotatably supporting the output shaft is received in the base plate. A second bearing for rotatably supporting the output shaft is received in the bearing receiving part. The base plate is connected, e.g., welded, to the second support and to the bearing receiving part.

摘要: A transmission includes a first housing part, a second housing part connected to the first housing part, and bearings accommodated in the first housing part and supporting an input shaft in a rotatable manner. The input shaft projects through a recess that extends through the second housing part, and a cover part is connected to the first housing part. The cover part or a flange part inserted into the cover part accommodates a sealing system, which provides sealing with respect to the input shaft. The second housing part has an inlet for lubricating oil, which terminates in an axial bore being open with respect to the side of the first housing part facing the cover part, and in a second annular space. The opening of the axial bore facing the cover part is covered and/or sealed by the cover part, and rolling elements of two bearings at least also restricting and/or surrounding the second annular space together with the first housing part.

A differential gear is arranged in the second end portion of the housing. The differential gear is connected on the drive side to a first planetary gearset and on the driven side to a first output shaft and second output shaft arranged coaxial to one another. The second output shaft is a hollow shaft, and the first output shaft extends into the second output shaft. A first bearing for rotatable support of the second output shaft is arranged radially between the second output shaft and a structural component of the gear unit, and a second bearing for the rotatable support of the two output shafts is arranged between the first output shaft and second output shaft.

The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. A controller controls the shift actuator utilizing an actuating pulse and an opposing pulse.

摘要: A gearbox includes a sun gear, a plurality of planetary gears meshed with the sun gear, a rotating frame supporting the planetary gears, and a housing with an internal ring gear meshed with the planetary gears. The planetary gears include a first gear and a second gear coaxially connected to each other along an axial direction and rotating synchronously, the first gear meshed with the sun gear, and the second gear meshed with the internal ring gear of the housing. The rotating frame received in the housing has an upper frame and a lower frame with a central hole, each of the plurality of planetary gears is arranged between the upper frame and the lower frame by a mounting pin, the lower frame is supported by a flange connected to the housing, the sun gear is driven to rotate so as to operate the rotating frame. The gearbox of the present disclosure has low vibration and low noise.

摘要: A method for attaching a plastic barrel configured to guide an output shaft of a mechanical device to a housing for the mechanical device is disclosed. The housing includes a chimney delimited by an upper edge and a base, the chimney being arranged to partially surround the output shaft, the plastic barrel having a lateral protuberance. The method involves at least the following steps: inserting a first end of the plastic barrel into the chimney of the housing until the lateral protuberance axially abuts against the upper edge of the chimney, and at least partially deforming the first end of the plastic barrel in order to form an axial counter-abutment.
