摘要: A latex of a highly saturated nitrile rubber wherein the highly saturated nitrile rubber contains α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units in a ratio of 10 to 60 wt %, has an iodine value of 120 or less, and has a weight average molecular weight of solubles in chloroform of 100,000 or less, and when removing volatiles contained in the latex and making a film of the highly saturated nitrile rubber, a loss tangent tan δ(50° C.) at 50° C. of the film is 0.3 to 0.6 and a complex torque S* at the time of 100% shear strain at 100° C. of the film is 20 dNm or less, and an adhesive composition containing the latex are provided.

摘要: A high-pressure hose includes: an internal rubber layer; an external rubber layer; reinforcement layers having even number of layers, two or more of the reinforcement layers are provided between the internal rubber layer (10) and the external rubber layer (20), a plurality of reinforcement wires (41a to 44a) are wound around the reinforcement layers in a spiral shape such that winding directions of the reinforcement wires (41a to 44a) alternate; and intermediate rubber layers (51 to 54), each of which is disposed between the reinforcement layers (41 to 44) having even number of layers. A same winding angle (α) is set for the reinforcement wires (41a to 44a) in all levels of the reinforcement layers (41 to 44) having even number of layers, and a winding pitch (P) of the reinforcement wires (41a to 44a) in the reinforcement layers (41 to 44) having even number of layers is set to increase in an order from a side of the internal rubber layer (10) to a side of the external rubber layer (20).

摘要: A shear band and a non-pneumatic tire is described which includes a ground contacting annular tread portion; a shear band, and a connecting web positioned between a hub and the shear band. The shear band is preferably comprised of a three-dimensional spacer fabric having a first and second layer connected by connecting members. The three-dimensional spacer fabric has a defined depth. The three-dimensional spacer structure further includes a plurality of cells formed between the connecting members, and wherein one or more of the cells are filled with a filler material. The filler material may be foam or a thermoplastic elastomer.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a multilayer imaging blanket for a variable data lithography printing system, including: a multilayer base having a lower contacting surface configured to wrap around or to be mounted on a cylinder core of the variable data lithography printing system; and a platinum catalyzed fluorosilicone surface layer opposite the lower contacting surface; wherein the multilayer base is a sulfur-free carcass including: a top layer including a sulfur-free rubber substrate such as an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber substrate, a bottom layer including the lower contacting surface; and a compressible layer disposed between the top layer and the bottom layer, the compressible layer being attached to a surface of the top layer opposite the platinum catalyzed fluorosilicone surface layer and a surface of the bottom layer opposite the lower contacting surface, optionally the top layer further comprises a reinforcing fabric layer, the reinforcing fabric layer attached to a surface of the compressible layer opposite the bottom layer.
