摘要： A rotating electrical machine stator and a method for manufacturing a rotating electrical machine stator with high productivity. A rotating electrical machine stator includes a stator core having a slot; and a coil having a leg part including a held-in-slot part held in the slot and a portion extending from the held-in-slot part, and a resin foam is provided between an inner surface of the slot and an outer surface of the held-in-slot part facing the inner surface of the slot. The coil is formed by joining together a plurality of segment conductors each having a joint part, and a conductive joint material is disposed between a pair of joint parts facing each other in the slot.

摘要： An electromotive machine having a stator (122) comprising a plurality of coils (120) and a plate (10) is disclosed. The plate (10) has a plurality of through slots (15) formed therein. A portion of the plate (10) faces a corresponding coil (120) and is located relative to the coil (120) such that, in use, heat from the coil (120) flows into said portion. A transportation system (91) including such an electromotive machine is also disclosed. Also disclosed is a coil (20) for an electromotive machine comprising a conductor being wound in a plurality of turns and having two ends (25, 35) located on the outside of the coil (20).

摘要： A pump for liquids is provided, comprising a pump chamber in which a bucket wheel is mounted on a bearing so that it can rotate, and an electric motor with a stator and a rotor. The stator has stator laminations and coils, and is coated with plastic in some parts and an electric/electronic activation device. The pump is intended to have a long service life and at the same time require as little installation space as possible. This is achieved by the stator laminations of the stator being at least in part electroplated.

摘要： An electric machine including a shaft, a rotor back assembly surrounding a portion of the shaft, and two or more permanent magnets radially positioned around the perimeter of the rotor back assembly. The electric machine also includes a rotor fan with multiple fan blades formed in an exterior surface of the rotor back assembly and one or more ventilation channels extending through the rotor back assembly. Methods of exporting heat from an electric machine, wither from a machine housing or through the shaft is also disclosed. The heat exportation methods feature the circulation of a fluid with the rotor fan through the ventilation channels and into contact with the housing, or exporting heat from the rotor back assembly through the shaft.

摘要： An electric machine including a rotor shaft having an inner shaft core with a first composition and an outer shaft portion surrounding at least some of the inner shaft core. The outer shaft portion is fabricated from a material having a different composition than the inner shaft core. For example, the inner shaft core could be fabricated from a material having high thermal conductivity, such as copper, while the outer shaft portion is fabricated from a material with lesser thermal conductivity, but greater strength, for example steel. The two-material shaft with a highly thermally conductive core serves to conduct heat from the interior of the electric machine to the housing, or to an exterior apparatus or structure.
