The present invention provides hot rolled steel plate for spiral pipe superior in low temperature toughness, thick in gauge, for example, having a plate thickness of 14 mm or more, and having a high strength of the API-X65 standard or more spiral pipe and a method of production of the same, that is, steel plate containing, by mass %, C: 0.01 to 0.1%, Si: 0.05 to 0.5%, Mn: 1 to 2%, P≦0.03%, S≦0.005%, O≦0.003%, Al: 0.005 to 0.05%, N: 0.0015 to 0.006%, Nb: 0.005 to 0.08%, Ti: 0.005 to 0.02%, N−14/48×Ti>0%, Nb−93/14×(N−14/48×Ti>0.005%, Mo: 0.01% to less than 0.1%, Cr: 0.01 to 0.3%, and Cu: 0.01 to 0.3%, and having a balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, characterized in that an elongation rate of a microstructure unit in a cross-section in the pipe circumferential direction after pipemaking is 2 or less.

To achieve an intermediate lock state in a short period when an engine is stopped and improve the accuracy of confirmation of the intermediate lock state, an engine valve timing control apparatus includes a variable valve timing mechanism configured to vary engine valve timing, and an intermediate lock mechanism configured to restrict relative rotation positions of a first and a second rotor of the valve timing mechanism at an intermediate lock position for starting the engine. Upon detection of an engine stop request, the valve timing mechanism and the intermediate lock mechanism are driven and controlled for establishing an intermediate lock state. When a predetermined period from detection of the engine stop request has expired without detecting the intermediate lock state within the predetermined period, an engine stopping process is executed. Even after the engine stopping process has been executed, monitoring of the intermediate lock state is continued.

A subject information obtaining apparatus and a subject information obtaining method are provided with which a resolution of a photoacoustic image can be improved even when an absorber arranged at a particular position with respect to a detector for photoacoustic waves is used.The subject information obtaining apparatus is configured to obtain an optical characteristic value distribution of a subject by using photoacoustic waves. A signal processing apparatus constituting this subject information obtaining apparatus executes generating a correction table on the basis of a variation quantity of a signal intensity related to a signal from an ultrasonic wave detector and processing a signal from a photoacoustic wave detector by using a value of the correction table.

The plurality of wires include a plurality of transmitting wires contributory to transmission of the electrical signal and a plurality of non-transmitting wires non-contributory to the transmission and formed at a higher position than that of the transmitting wires from a surface of the supporting member which supports the recording element board. The sealing member is arranged to cover the plurality of transmitting wires as well only some parts of the plurality of non-transmitting wires.

The information processing device incorporates the script into the page data in an executable manner. A compact recycling coin changer device for simultaneously serving a plurality of users includes a housing with a plurality of coin inlet and outlet slots. Individual coin lift units deliver coins for sorting and distributing to common coin denomination hoppers are arranged in parallel rows. A common duct, centrally located in the housing, can receive released coins from the hoppers and deposit them on a common coin-distributing device that operatively interconnects with the respective coin outlets, for example on opposite exterior housing walls. The coin changer device can be operatively associated with the dispensing of products, for example at a gas station or other retail outlets.
