Abstract:
A mask and method of fabricating same are disclosed. In an example, a mask includes a substrate, a reflective multilayer coating disposed over the substrate, an Ag2O absorber layer disposed over the reflective multilayer coating, and a tantalum-containing absorber layer disposed over the Ag2O absorber layer. The tantalum-containing absorber layer is disposed over the Ag2O absorber layer outside a mask image region of the mask, such that the mask image region of the mask is free of the tantalum-containing absorber layer. In an example, the tantalum-containing absorber layer is disposed over the Ag2O absorber layer adjacent to the mask image region.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a fin field effect transistor (FinFET). An exemplary structure for a FinFET comprises a substrate comprising a major surface; a plurality of first trenches having a first width and extending downward from the substrate major surface to a first height, wherein a first space between adjacent first trenches defines a first fin; and a plurality of second trenches having a second width less than first width and extending downward from the substrate major surface to a second height greater than the first height, wherein a second space between adjacent second trenches defines a second fin.
Abstract:
An inductance-capacitance (LC) oscillator including a first varactor cell, a first transistor, a second transistor and a first pair of differential transformers is provided. The first varactor cell provides a first variable capacitance to adjust/tune the frequency of a first differential oscillation signal generated by the LC oscillator, and outputting the first differential oscillation signal. The first transistor is coupled between a core dc supply voltage and a first terminal of the first varactor cell. The second transistor is coupled between a ground potential and a second terminal of the first varactor cell. The first pair of differential transformers is connected in cascade with the first transistor and the second transistor between the core dc supply voltage and the ground potential, and is used for increasing the output-swing of the first differential oscillation signal, and making a current flowing through the first transistor to be reused by the second transistor.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for reducing phase defects on many different types of semiconductor mask blanks. The method includes receiving a semiconductor mask blank substrate, creating alignment marks on the surface of the substrate, performing an inspection of the surface of the substrate to locate a plurality of surface defects, and repairing the plurality of surface defects on the surface of the substrate. A semiconductor mask is also provided that includes a repaired substrate a multilayer stack comprising a plurality of molybdenum and silicon layers, a capping layer, an absorber layer, and in some instances a photoresist layer.

Novel Uses of small molecules, particularly, 6-methylsulfinylhexyl isothiocyanate and 6-methylsulfonylhexyl isothiocyanate, are disclosed herein. The two isothiocyanates are useful as lead compounds for manufacturing a medicament or a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, particularly drug-resistant cancer, in a patient.
Abstract:
A MEMS microphone chip with an expanded back chamber includes a first chip unit and a second chip unit. The first chip unit has a first substrate, a vibration membrane layer is formed above an end of the first substrate, and a space is formed below the vibration membrane layer of the first substrate, so that the vibration membrane layer is suspended above the first substrate to vibrate. The second chip unit has a second substrate to couple with another end of the first substrate, and a groove is formed in the second substrate with a width larger than that of the space; when the first substrate and the second substrate are coupled together, the groove and the space are connected together to act as the back chamber of the vibration membrane layer.
Abstract:
A replenishable liquid soap dispensing apparatus includes a liquid soap container, a soap dispensing device and a support rack. The liquid soap container includes a holding portion, a bottle opening on the holding portion and at least one lean portion on the holding portion. The soap dispensing device has a soap intake tube connecting to the liquid soap container to draw liquid soap, a soap discharge tube connecting to the soap intake tube to discharge the liquid soap and a pressurizing mechanism to increase the pressure in the soap intake tube and soap discharge tube to send the liquid soap from the soap intake tube towards the soap discharge tube. The support rack includes a first support portion to hold the soap dispensing device and a second support portion corresponding to and coupling with the lean portion to hold the liquid soap container.

The triterpenoids are useful as lead compounds for manufacturing a medicament or a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer; whereas the ingol diterpenes are useful as lead compounds for manufacturing a medicament or a pharmaceutical composition for treating thrombocytopenia.
Abstract:
One or more techniques and systems for a divider-less phase locked loop (PLL) and associated phase detector (PD) are provided herein. In some embodiments, a pulse phase detector (pulsePD) signal, a voltage controlled oscillator positive differential (VCOP) signal, and a voltage controlled oscillator negative differential (VCON) signal are received. An up signal and a down signal for a first charge pump (CP) and an up signal and a down signal for a second CP are generated based on the pulsePD signal, the VCOP signal, and the VCON signal. For example, CP signals are generated to control the first CP and the second CP, respectively. In some embodiments, CP signals are generated such that the CPs facilitate adjustment of a zero crossing phase of the VCON and VCOP signals with respect to the pulsePD signal. In this manner, a divider-less PLL is provided, thus mitigating PLL power consumption.
