Each carbon nanotube transistors are configurable as p-type or an n-type transistors according to a voltage of a power source voltage. Each carbon nanotube transistor includes a source electrode, a drain electrode, a channel formed of a carbon nanotube between the source electrode and the drain electrode, a gate insulating layer formed on the carbon nanotubes, and a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating layer.
Abstract:
Nicotinamide and/or a compound which is chemically combined with nicotinamide may be used as a carbon nanotube (“CNT”) n-doping material. CNTs n-doped with the CNT n-doping material may have long-lasting doping stability in the air without de-doping. Further, CNT n-doping state may be easily controlled when using the CNT n-doping material. The CNT n-doping material and/or CNTs n-doped with the CNT n-doping material may be used for various applications.

A terminal to provide a virtual keyboard includes a touch panel to sense a touch input, a memory unit to store a plurality of virtual keyboards and a touch point number corresponding to each virtual keyboard, a virtual keyboard setting unit to select one of the virtual keyboards corresponding to a touch point number that matches a number of sensed touch inputs, and a display unit to display the selected virtual keyboard. The virtual keyboard setting unit may select one of the virtual keyboards according to a dimension or area of the sensed touch input, and may relocate the virtual keyboard according to coordinates of a touch input.

An electrode and a method for fabricating the same are disclosed. The method includes adding carbon nanotubes to a mixed solution of nitric acid and sulfuric acid and subjecting the carbon nanotube solution to microwaves for surface treatment resulting in facilitating the surface treatment, subjecting the carbon nanotube solution to ultrasonic waves to disperse the carbon nanotubes resulting in increasing the dispersion effect, subjecting the carbon nanotube solution to filtration and drying the carbon nanotubes to obtain a carbon nanotube plate mold.

Disclosed herein are methods for manufacturing a carbon nanotube (CNT) having electrons that are injected, with treatment with a reducing agent, a CNT manufactured according to the method, and an electric device comprising the CNT a CNT manufactured according to the method. The electronic characteristics such as the doped level and the band gap of the CNT having electrons injected therein can be widely and easily adjusted by changing the treatment conditions of the reducing agent.

The present invention for supplying an custom-made education system on internet is composed of conceptual contents subdivided by the minimum unit, problem groups related to each conceptual content, and problem explanations for each problem, so that they can be reconfigured. In addition that, it has the space on line for each learner's learning career record which are used for offering the best learning contents by considering each learner's ability.
Abstract:
The apparatus for uniformly dispersing the microwave comprises a body including a plurality of reflective portions which are made of materials capable of reflecting the microwave and have the horizontal top surfaces and vertical side surfaces. The width of the plurality of reflective portions is set as 1/n times as large as a wavelength &lgr;g of the microwave. The depth of each of the plurality of reflective portions may be set as a value obtained by multiplying the remainder, which is obtained by dividing the power of a natural number for the least primitive root of a prime number by the prime number, by the width of the reflective portion under a condition that a datum plane is defined by a height from the bottom surface corresponding to a value obtained by multiplying the width of the reflective portion by (prime number−1).
