摘要： A compression type semiconductor device includes a semiconductor element; at least one metal plate having substantially upright edge surfaces, a planar contacting surface engaging a first surface of the semiconductor element and a continuous curved surface interconnecting the edge surfaces and the contacting surface; and a means for pressing the contacting surface of the metal plate against the first surface of the semiconductor element. The continuous curved surface of the metal plate is so formed that at each point on the periphery of the contacting surface at least one plane normal to the contacting surface intersects the curved surface in an arcuate curve which tangentially joins the contacting surface.

摘要： There is provided an interchangeable lens, a camera body, a camera system, and a method for controlling the same, with which a highly efficient and stable image blur correction effect can be obtained. A camera system 1 has a camera body 10 and an interchangeable lens 20 that can be attached to and detached from the camera body 10. The camera body 10 has an imaging unit for imaging a subject through the interchangeable lens 20, and a sequence microcomputer 100 capable of sending and receiving information to and from a lens microcomputer 200 and for controlling the imaging operation of an imaging unit 120. The interchangeable lens 20 includes a shake detection unit 201 for detecting shake in the camera system 1, an image blur correction device 210 for adjusting the optical path from a subject to the camera body 10 and thereby correcting the blurring of an image caused by shaking of the camera system 1, and the lens microcomputer 200 capable of sending and receiving information to and from the sequence microcomputer 100, and for controlling the drive of the image blur correction device 210 according to the amount of shake detected by the shake detection unit 201. The lens microcomputer 200 actuates the shake correction device 210 once a specific amount of time has elapsed since a command for actuating the image blur correction unit was received from the sequence microcomputer 100.

Thereby, the diaphragm value can be set easily.

The optical surface inspecting system comprises a housing box provided with a window in its front wall, a stroboscopic illuminating device contained in the housing box, a television camera contained in the housing box, and a water droplet removing mechanism combined with the housing box. The water droplet removing mechanism removes droplets of cooling water scattered on the surface of the window, so that the television camera is able to pick up accurate images of the surface of the rolling roll while the rolling roll is rotating.

摘要： A process for preparing a radiopharmaceutical composition comprising a technetium 99m chelate complex, comprises the steps of:(1) mixing (a) HSCH.sub.2 CO--NHCH.sub.2 CO--NHCH.sub.2 CO--NHCH.sub.2 COOH (mercaptoacetylglycylglycylglycine, MAG3), (b) a watersoluble reducing agent, (c) a water-soluble stabilizing agent in an amount of not less than 70 mol per 1 mol of the water-soluble reducing agent and (d) a pertechnetate at a pH of about 8 to 11; and(2) heating the resultant mixture at a temperature of about 90 to 140.degree. C.Said process removes any troublesome labeling operation at the diagnostic site and relieve the practitioners from the exposure to radiation during the labeling operation.
