    Abstract: A battery pack, a vehicle, and an energy storage device are provided. The battery pack includes: a battery pack housing and a plurality of rectangular cells, the battery pack housing having a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; where the battery pack has a dimension greater than or equal to 600 mm along the first direction, and at least one rectangular cell accommodating unit is formed in the battery pack housing; the plurality of rectangular cells are arranged in the rectangular cell accommodating unit along the second direction; the rectangular cell extends along the first direction, and one rectangular cell is disposed in each rectangular cell accommodating unit along the first direction; the rectangular cell has a thickness of D, a length of L, and a height of H; the battery pack has a dimension greater than or equal to L along the first direction; and a length direction of at least one rectangular cell extends from one side of the rectangular cell accommodating unit to the other side of the rectangular cell accommodating unit along the first direction, and meets: L>H, L>D, 600 mm≤L≤2500 mm, 23≤L/D≤208.

    Abstract: Provided are a battery pack using a method for assembling a battery pack and a vehicle. The battery pack includes a box and battery modules. The box is provided with cavities inside. The battery module includes foam and multiple cells. The foam is arranged between adjacent cells. The method for assembling a battery pack includes the following steps: the battery module is loaded into an insulating bag; the insulating bag is vacuumized so that the foam is compressed to reduce the volume of the battery module; and after the battery module of the reduced volume is inserted into the cavity, a vacuum state is released and positive and negative electrodes of the battery module are exposed.

    Abstract: A battery pack and an electric vehicle are provided. The battery pack includes a cell array and two first reinforcing plates. The cell array includes a number of cells. Each of the cells is defined with a length L, a thickness D, and a height H between the length L and the thickness D. The number of cells are arranged along a thickness direction, and the cells are adhered to each other by a structural adhesive. The two first reinforcing plates are arranged opposite to each other and are respectively adhered to two surfaces of the cell array along the arrangement direction of the cells, and are configured to constrain relative positions between the cells.

The power battery pack includes an accommodating device and a plurality of cells, the accommodating device includes a plurality of accommodating regions, and each accommodating region has a first side edge and a second side edge and cells disposed between the first side edge and the second side edge. A distance between the first side edge and the second side edge along a first direction varies with different accommodating regions, each cell includes a first end and a second end, and a distance between the first end and the second end matches a distance between a corresponding first side edge and a corresponding second side edge.
