Abstract: A valve device is a valve device for attaching to a storage body. This valve device is provided with a valve device main body and an adhesive member. The valve device main body is configured to reduce pressure inside the storage body in the case where the pressure increases due to gas produced inside the storage body. The adhesive member is adhered to an outer periphery of the valve device main body, and is configured to adhere to the storage body. A hole through which the gas passes is formed in an end face of the valve device main body.

Abstract: A battery includes a battery element, a housing body, and a valve device. The housing body houses the battery element. The valve device is in communication with the inside of the housing body. Heat-sealable resin layers face each other in a peripheral edge portion of the housing body. A joined edge portion in which the mutually facing heat-sealable resin layers are fused together is formed in the peripheral edge portion of the housing body. The valve device is configured to reduce an internal pressure of the housing body if the internal pressure is increased due to gas generated in the housing body. The valve device includes a first portion that is located on an outer side of an edge of the joined edge portion and a second portion that is sandwiched between the heat-sealable resin layers in the joined edge portion.

Abstract: A battery includes a battery element, a housing body, and a valve device. The housing body is constituted by at least one laminate and includes an interior space in which the battery element is housed, a first housing portion that covers the interior space from a first side, and a second housing portion that covers the interior space from a second side. The valve device is attached to the housing body and can make interior space of housing body be in communication with an external space. The valve device is sandwiched between the first and second housing portion in the joined edge portion, and an inner end of the valve device protrudes from an inner edge of joined edge portion toward the interior space.

Abstract: An adhesive film used for an electricity storage device, wherein the electricity storage device is accommodated in a package formed by an electricity storage device exterior material, the electricity storage device exterior material is constituted by at least a laminate including a base material layer, a barrier layer, and a heat-fusible resin layer from the outside, the electrical storage device element is accommodated in the package by heat fusing the heat-fusible resin layers of the electricity storage device exterior material to each other, the adhesive film is used by being interposed between the heat-fusible resin layers at a position where the heat-fusible resin layers are heat-fused to each other, and the adhesive film has a multilayer structure and includes at least one resin layer L having a melting peak temperature lower by 5° C. or more than that of the heat-fusible resin layers of the electricity storage device exterior material.
