    摘要: The present disclosure is in the field of display technologies, and provides an array substrate including an IGZO film layer, a gate layer, and a gate insulating layer. The gate layer is provided with broken lines at a position thereof overlapping the IGZO film layer to form a first gate line and a second gate line. The gate insulating layer is disposed between the IGZO film layer and the gate layer, and is provided with at least two through holes thereon, in which the first gate line is connected with the IGZO film layer through one of the through holes, and the second gate line is connected with the IGZO film layer through another through hole, thus, connecting the IGZO film layer in series into the gate layer.

The fabricating method of the thin film transistor of the present invention comprises: forming an inducing layer film and an oxide active layer film in contact therewith on a substrate, the oxide active layer film being provided above or below the inducing layer film; and heating the substrate subjected to the above step, crystallizing the oxide active layer film through inducement of the inducing layer film to form a crystalline oxide active layer.

The OLED display apparatus further includes at least one photovoltaic conversion module arranged in correspondence with the subpixel, and configured to receive an optical signal from the light-emitting layer of the corresponding subpixel and convert the received optical signal into an electric signal. A testing terminal is extracted from the photovoltaic conversion module and configured to acquire the electric signal converted by the photovoltaic conversion module.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The display substrate comprises a base substrate and color matrix patterns and photo spacers provided on the base substrate, edges of the adjacent color matrix patterns are overlapped, and the photo spacers are provided above the overlapped parts of the adjacent color matrix patterns. By adopting such a structure, the thickness of the photo spacers can be reduced, the purpose of increasing the cell gap of the display device is achieved while providing thinner photo spacers, and the cell gap of the display device is increased.
