摘要: A package of a food or a similar product which has to be preserved in fresh state. The package contains a sack charged with a freshness keeping agent for keeping the product fresh together with the product. The package comprises a carrier seat provided in the package and carrying the sack of freshness keeping agent fixed thereto, the seat having one end integrally heat-welded in one of the heat-sealed portions of the package and the other end integrally heat-welded in the other of the heat-sealed portions of the package. The carrier sheet is prepared by a process which has the steps of preparing a train of sacks in which a plurality of sacks, each containing the freshness keeping agent, are connected in series at least unidirectionally, feeding the train of sacks in one direction, feeding a continuous carrier sheet such that the carrier heat and the leading sack on the train of sacks are positioned one on the other, and attaching the leading sack on the train of sacks to the carrier sheet and severing, before or after the attaching, the leading sack from the remainder portion of the trains of sacks. Disclosed also is an apparatus suitable for producing this carrier sheet.

摘要: It is intended to provide an osteogenesis promoter capable of promoting osteogenesis by promoting the differentiation of osteoblasts, and foods, drinks, drugs or feeds for promoting osteogenesis. Namely, an osteogenesis promoter capable of promoting osteogenesis by promoting the differentiation of osteoblasts which comprises, as the active ingredient, lactoperoxidase and/or a digestion product obtained by digesting lactoperoxidase with a protease such as trypsin; and foods, drinks, drugs or feeds for promoting osteogenesis containing lactoperoxidase and/or its digestion product.

摘要: A stainless steel sheet useful as a separator for a low-temperature fuel cell has the surface state that a lot of fine projections (p) stand close together around many fine pits (d) formed over a whole surface. The surface state is realized by alternating electrolytic etching in a ferric chloride solution. When the stainless steel separator is built in a fuel cell, contact resistance between the separator and a graphite electrode is kept at a lower level even in a corrosive atmosphere. Consequently, the fuel cell can be driven with high power-generating efficiency over a long term even under severely corrosive conditions without generation of massive Joule heat.

摘要: An apparatus for successively securing a plurality of small bags to a first belt-like member via an adhesive layer is provided including a transportation path for transporting the plurality of small bags, one by one, towards said first belt-like member and an attaching apparatus for simultaneously attaching a plurality of small bags on the transportation path to the first belt-like member along the feeding direction of the first belt-like member. The attaching apparatus includes a stopper which stops the small bag in the middle of the transportation path and a pusher which compresses the small bag so stopped to the adhesive layer of the first belt-like member. A plurality of the attaching apparatuses are provided along the transportation path. In one embodiment of the invention, the stopper includes an end plate to block the transportation path, a side plate to pivot the end plate towards the transportation path, and an axis to support the side plate in a rotatable manner. Another embodiment of the invention includes a pusher having a plate projecting through an aperture formed on the transportation path which pushes up the small bags toward the adhesive layer.
