    摘要: A simple structure is provided for the frame by changing the orientation of the crank mechanism so as to orient the crankshaft longitudinally. More specifically, the structure includes two ring-shaped main plates are provided in the front and back and are connected by means of connector plates. An upwardly and downwardly movable slide for the machine press is provided in a space demarcated by four column portions of the ring-shaped main plates and a bolster is provided atop a bed of the ring-shaped main plates. A crankshaft oriented longitudinally is provided at the crown portion of the ring-shaped main plates, and the slide is moved upward and downward by a drive mechanism that includes the crankshaft.

    摘要: A middle liner of a slide guide device for a machine press has a spherical shaped side which fits into a sliding gib attached to a slide. The middle liner slides along a fixed gib at first and second linear surfaces that are at an angle with each other. The combination of self-alignment and smooth movement of the slide is achieved in the presence of an eccentric load acting on the slide. A machine press equipped with such a slide guide device has excellent eccentric load resistance and high working precision. In a further embodiment, a press machine is further equipped with a knockout device having knockout block moving between a pair of guide rails. A plurality of middle liners, each having at least one spherical surface, are positioned between the knockout block and the guide rails. The resulting knockout device provides a stable knockout load with low noise and low energy consumption.

    摘要: An inner cylindrical component is disposed on a bottom portion of an outer cylindrical component with a clearance which is formed between an outer diameter portion of the inner component and an inner diameter portion of the outer component. A guiding pin for positioning is inserted concentrically through the inner component and a tip end portion of the guiding pin engages with the bottom portion of the outer component. An outer peripheral portion of the positioned inner component is locally and vertically pressure-pressed. A portion of the inner component is extended in an outer diameter direction according to the pressure-pressing plastic deformation. The extended member of the inner component is joined together with the inner diameter portion of the outer component. The extended member of the inner component and the outer component are mutually combined together. After the pressing operation the guiding pin is withdrawn.

    摘要: A fuel injector device has a fuel swirling element disposed upstream of a valve seat and capable of imparting a swirling force to a fuel supplied thereto, a fuel injection nozzle orifice disposed downstream of the valve seat, and a fuel distributing adapter disposed downstream of the fuel injection nozzle orifice and capable of distributing the flow of the fuel injected by the fuel injection nozzle orifice in two directions. The adapter has an axial fuel passage having a fuel inlet of a diameter greater than that of the injection orifice and an outlet end of a substantially "8"-shape having a minimum diameter smaller than that of the inlet end. The adapter can be formed by preparing a blank having an axial fuel passage and then conducting a plastic work by a punch press on an end face of the blank so as to restrict the outlet end of the fuel passage.

    摘要: An electromagnetic fuel injector comprising: a movable member with a valve body provided at one end and an armature made of a magnetic material provided at the other end; a cylindrical core made of a magnetic material, the core being disposed in such a manner that the distal end thereof opposes the armature; an electromagnetic coil disposed around the cylindrical core for producing an electromagnetic force between the cylindrical core and the armature when the coil is energized; and guide sections for guiding the movement of the movable member in the axial direction, the guide sections being disposed in the vicinities of the valve body and the armature of the movable member. The guide section provided in the vicinity of the armature comprises a sliding member made of a non-magnetic material and disposed between the armature and the core. The colliding surface of the core and the armature is coated with a nickel layer which serves as an impact absorbing layer and a chromium oxide layer which serves as a surface hardening layer. A seal ring is provided between the outer periphery of a plug portion of the core and the inner periphery of a casing. The yoke is coupled to the core at a location which is closer to a fuel outlet from the seal ring.
