Abstract: A sunken wheel-side motor drive axle that includes an axle beam assembly, two drive motor assemblies, two reducer assemblies and two hub assemblies. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly, wherein, the vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly comprises two sets of driving units that are symmetrically arranged, the two sets of driving units connect to a same set of vehicle axle half shafts, each of the sets of driving units is provided with a power source and an automatic transmission, and each of the automatic transmissions connects to one of the vehicle axle half shafts. The automatic transmission is provided therein with an input shaft, an intermediate shaft and an output shaft that are parallel, the input shaft, the intermediate shaft and the output shaft are provided thereon with multistage gears with different transmission ratios, the power source connects to the input shaft, and the output shaft connects to a left half shaft or a right half shaft of the vehicle axle half shaft. The present disclosure can realize transmission of two speed ratios, with flexible transmission modes, which shortens the axial size of the driving assembly, which cannot only satisfy the acceleration capability and climbing ability of the vehicle but also satisfy the demand on high vehicle speed.

Abstract: A differential system includes a differential and a differential disconnect mechanism. The differential includes an outer differential housing and an inner differential housing. The differential disconnect mechanism includes a disconnect clutch, first end face teeth and second end face teeth. The first end face teeth are disposed between the outer differential housing and the inner differential housing and are movably connected with the outer differential housing so that the first end face teeth can move axially and rotate synchronously relative to the outer differential housing. The second end face teeth are fixedly connected with the inner differential housing. The disconnect clutch is connected with the first end face teeth, and is configured to drive the first end face teeth to move axially relative to the second end face teeth.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a locking structure of a differential. The locking structure comprises a bi-stable electromagnetic clutch sleeved on an output axle shaft on one side of the differential. The bi-stable electromagnetic clutch comprises a movable locking disc and a fixed locking disc; the fixed locking disc is fixedly connected to a differential housing, and the movable locking disc and the fixed locking disc have face teeth that can engage with each other. The movable locking disc is sleeved on the output axle shaft, the bi-stable electromagnetic clutch drives the movable locking disc to move axially after being energized, the output axle shaft and the differential housing are locked when the movable face teeth engaged with the fixed face teeth so that the output axle shaft on either side of the differential and the differential housing have a same rotational speed and output torque.

A first gear (11) on the first input shaft (21) and a second gear (12) on the first intermediate shaft (31) are in engaged transmission; and a third gear (13) on the second intermediate shaft (32) and a fourth gear (14) on the third intermediate shaft (33) are in engaged transmission, and the fourth gear (14) on the third intermediate shaft (33) is simultaneously in engaged transmission with a fifth gear (15) on a differential (50). The drive assembly can realize transmission of two speed ratios, and the transmission modes are flexible. The longitudinal dimension and the lateral dimension of the drive assembly are reduced, to be adapted for vehicles of a compact structure. Because a small quantity of gears are used, the transmission structure is simplified.

Abstract: This Application pertains to an electromagnetic dog clutch, including a movable gear sleeve and a fixed toothed sleeve that are engaged to transmit power. The movable gear sleeve is provided with contrate transmission teeth or tooth spaces, and the fixed toothed sleeve is correspondingly provided with contrate tooth spaces or transmission teeth. The transmission teeth have a uniform thickness in a direction of tooth length, tooth spaces that engage with the transmission teeth have a sector-shape in a direction of tooth space length, and the width of two sides of the tooth spaces gradually increases outwardly along the radial direction of the fixed toothed sleeve and gradually decreases inwardly along the radial direction of the fixed toothed sleeve. By employing the engagement of transmission teeth of uniform thickness and sector-shaped tooth spaces, the transmission teeth can more easily engage with the tooth spaces, and more easily realize surface contact.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a vehicle driving assembly with transversely placed double power sources comprising two power sources and an automatic transmission, and the two power sources are individually connected to two input shafts of the automatic transmission. A first intermediate shaft is provided parallel to the first input shaft. A second intermediate shaft and a third intermediate shaft are individually provided in the directions coaxial with the first input shaft and the first intermediate shaft. A first clutch is provided between the first intermediate shaft and the third intermediate shaft. A second clutch is provided between the first input shaft and the second intermediate shaft. A first gear on the first input shaft and a second gear on the first intermediate shaft are engaged to transmit power. A third gear on the second intermediate shaft and a fourth gear on the third intermediate shaft are engaged to transmit power. A fifth gear on the third intermediate shaft and a sixth gear on the differential are engaged to transmit power. The second input shaft is provided with a seventh gear that is in engagement with the third gear. The present disclosure can realize transmissions of three speed ratios, make transmission modes flexible, shorten the longitudinal dimension of the driving assembly, and is suitable for vehicles with a compact structure.
