    摘要: An image pick-up module, in particular for an endoscope or a miniature camera, has an electronic image sensor, which has a plurality of contact fingers that are arranged in at least one row, and a rigid circuit board to which the contact fingers are electrically contact-connected, the image sensor and the circuit board being arranged approximately parallel to one another, and the contact fingers extending along at least one longitudinal side of the circuit board, which extends approximately transversely to the image sensor, and also a flexible multi-core cable which leads from the circuit board in the direction away from the image sensor and whose cores are likewise electrically contact-connected to the circuit board. The cores are contact-connected at contact-connection points on the circuit board which are closer to the image sensor than that side of the circuit board which is remote from the image sensor.

    摘要: A laryngoscope includes a handle, a spatula arranged substantially transverse to the handle, and a coupling detachably fixing the spatula to the handle. An illumination light waveguide guides an illumination light signal and an image waveguide guides an image signal, both waveguides being attached to the spatula. The illumination light waveguide includes a proximal end having an illumination light entry opening, and the image waveguide includes a proximal end having an image exit opening, wherein the illumination light entry opening and the image exit opening are arranged in the area of the coupling. The handle includes, in the area of the coupling, an illumination light exit opening and an image entry opening which allow for the illumination light signal to couple into the illumination light waveguide from the handle, and for the image signal to couple out of the image waveguide. A centering element automatically aligns the image entry opening and the image exit opening precisely to each other.

    摘要: The present invention describes a device for intracorporal, minimal-invasive treatment of a patient, comprising a working instrument that can be introduced into a body cavity of the patient for carrying out a treatment step, wherein a distal end of the introduced working instrument defines an intracorporal working area, and at least one image pick-up unit for picking up an image of the intracorporal working area, further comprising positioning means for orienting an optical axis of the image pick-up unit in dependency on a spatial position of the intracorporal working area, wherein the positioning means comprise a guide shaft, in which the working instrument is guided, and wherein the image pick-up unit is pivotably fixed at an intracorporal portion of the guide shaft. The positioning means have a holder pivotably fixed to the intracorporal portion of the guide shaft, the image pick-up unit being arranged at the holder in a distance from a location where the holder is linked to the guide shaft, such that the image pick-up unit is intracorporally pivotable into a working position, in which the optical axis runs angularly to a longitudinal center axis of the guide shaft and points to the longitudinal center axis.

    摘要: An illumination system for producing light and for launching the light into a proximal end of an optical cable of an observation apparatus for endoscopy or microscopy has a light source having at least one LED. In addition, the illumination system has an optical light guiding element between the light source and the proximal end of the optical cable for introducing the light emitted by the light source into the proximal end of the optical cable, wherein a first end region of the optical light guiding element on a side facing the light source has a smaller cross-sectional area than a second end region of the optical light guiding element on a side facing the proximal end of the optical cable. Furthermore, the illumination system has a cooling apparatus which has at least one cooling body and which is thermally conductively connected to the light source in order to remove heat produced by the light source from the illumination system. The cooling body is arranged completely on a side of the light source which is remote from the optical light guiding element.
