摘要: Disclosed is an information recording/reproducing device using an upright disk-like recording medium contained in a cartridge, wherein an objective lens is stably moved in the tracking direction with less undesirable displacement and also the entire optical head portion including the objective lens is prevented from being undesirably moved. The device includes a disk mounting portion on which a disk contained in a cartridge is mounted with a recording surface portion located within a vertical plane, an optical head portion having an objective lens opposed to the recording surface portion of the disk, and an optical head drive portion, a tracking control portion, and a cartridge housing portion for housing and supporting the cartridge containing the disk when the disk is mounted on the disk mounting portion. The cartridge containing the disk is inserted into the cartridge housing portion in the direction crossing the vertical direction and the movement of the objective lens by the tracking control portion is performed in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction.

摘要: A microcomputer has a timer register 10 for storing period data of a carrier, timer registers 4A and 4B for individually storing positive phase and negative phase time width data of a control signal which is synchronized with the carrier, and an operation unit 13 for subtracting the value of the positive phase time width data of the control signal from a value of the period data. The time width data obtained as a subtraction result is supplied to the timer register 4B. The load on the CPU when the revolution of an induction motor is controlled is reduced.

摘要: A control system for an internal combustion engine where when the engine is decelerating the amount of intake air supplied to a combustion chamber is controlled. A target auxiliary intake air amount SAIRCMD necessary for preventing misfiring of the engine by supplying only an auxiliary intake air amount to a combustion chamber and a target intake air amount GAIRCMD which is a target value of the amount of intake air supplied to the combustion chamber are calculated according to the state NE, AP of the engine. When the engine is decelerating, and misfires, misfire avoidance control is executed controlling an auxiliary intake air amount control valve to be more opened such that the auxiliary intake air amount becomes the target auxiliary intake air amount SAIRCMD and a throttle valve to be more closed such that the amount of intake air supplied to the combustion chamber becomes the target intake air amount GAIRCMD.

摘要: The present invention allows a save target stored in a volatile memory, to be reliably saved to a non-volatile memory and reduces the time required for the save processing as much as possible. The charging state of a battery is regularly of irregularly checked. It is determined, according to the checked charging state, which information element stored in the volatile memory should be made a save target at the time of the occurrence of a power interruption. Among a plurality of information elements stored in the volatile memory, a predetermined information element is made a non-save target of save processing, according to a state related to the predetermined information element.

摘要: Semiconductor patterns are formed by performing trimming simultaneously with the process of depositing the spacer oxide. Alternatively, a first part of the trimming is performed in-situ, immediately before the spacer oxide deposition process in the same chamber in which the spacer oxide deposition is performed whereas a second part of the trimming is performed simultaneously with the process of depositing the spacer oxide. Thus, semiconductor patterns are formed reducing PR footing during PR trimming with direct plasma exposure.
