    摘要: The improved glass container for freeze-dried products includes a casing section (1) with a bottom portion (3) and an outlet portion (2). The casing section (1) is thin-walled in comparison to the bottom portion (3) and the outlet portion (2) is formed so as to be closable by a closure device. The bottom portion (3) has a nonuniform geometry and is provided with at least one interior depression (3b), a reinforced section (3a) and an outer bottom surface (3o) that is completely planar or planar with a comparatively slight central indentation (3c) but with a sufficient contact area for a cooling plate used in freeze-drying. The structure of the bottom portion guarantees a uniform crystalline lyophilizate structure. The glass container has a very low breakage rate and can be nearly completely emptied.

    摘要: The pharmaceutical packing device has a hollow plastic body (1) of axial length (I) and a cylindrical portion (7) extending over at least a part of its axial length and an interior silicone lubricant layer (3) provided on an interior surface of the plastic body in the cylindrical portion (7). The lubricant layer (3) provides a sliding surface for a flexible piston (4) slidably mounted in the hollow plastic body, thus forming an injector device. The silicone lubricant layer (3) is made by a method including preparing a mixture of reactive silicone oil and non-reactive silicone oil, applying this mixture to the interior surface at a temperature of at least 40° C. in a single step without activation of the surface to form a preliminary layer and cross-linking the reactive silicone oil in the preliminary layer to form the silicone lubricant layer.

    摘要: Medical cannulas are typically provided with a silicone coating to improve incision performance. In order to produce a thin, continuous and even coating layer, silicone oil is provided at one side of an elastic foil and the foil is penetrated by the uncoated cannula from an opposite side. During this operation the cannula is wetted by the silicone oil. During withdrawal of the cannula from the foil, excess silicone oil is removed from the cannula and an even, particle-free thin coating which has no bulge- or bead-forming tendency during incision is obtained. Subsequently, the silicone coating is dried.
