    Abstract: A pearl paper and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The pearl paper includes a first surface layer, a second surface layer, and a lightweight layer. The lightweight layer is disposed between the first surface layer and the second surface layer. The first surface layer is a polypropylene layer. The second surface layer is a polypropylene layer. The lightweight layer has a continuous phase part and a dispersed phase part. A material of the continuous phase part contains polypropylene and a material of the polymer dispersed phase part contains polyester.

    Abstract: An optical film, a method for manufacturing the same, and a backlight module are provided. The optical film includes a polyester layer and a cadmium-free quantum dot gel layer that includes a first polymer and a plurality of cadmium-free quantum dots dispersed therein. The first polymer includes: 1 wt % to 5 wt % of a photoinitiator; 3 wt % to 30 wt % of scattering particles; 10 wt % to 40 wt % of a thiol compound; 5 wt % to 30 wt % of a monofunctional acrylic monomer; 5 wt % to 20 wt % of a bifunctional acrylic monomer; 10 wt % to 40 wt % of a multifunctional acrylic monomer; 5 wt % to 20 wt % of an organosilicon grafted oligomer; and 100 ppm to 2,000 ppm of an inhibitor. Through a composition formula of the cadmium-free quantum dot gel layer, a cadmium-free optical film that maintains a high water-oxygen resistant effect can be provided.

    Abstract: A quantum dot composite, an optical film, and a backlight module are provided. The quantum dot composite includes a polymerizable polymer and a plurality of quantum dot particles dispersed in the polymerizable polymer. Based on a total weight of the polymerizable polymer being 100 wt %, the polymerizable polymer includes: 5 wt % to 30 wt % of a monofunctional acrylic monomer, 10 wt % to 40 wt % of a multifunctional acrylic monomer, 15 wt % to 40 wt % of a thiol compound, 1 wt % to 5 wt % of a photoinitiator, 5 wt % to 25 wt % of an allyl monomer, and 3 wt % to 30 wt % of scattering particles.

    Abstract: An anti-reflection energy-saving film structure and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The anti-reflection energy-saving film structure includes a carrier layer, a barrier layer, an anti-reflection layer, and an adhesive layer. The carrier layer has a first surface and a second surface. The barrier layer is arranged on the first surface of the carrier layer. The anti-reflection layer is arranged on the second surface of the carrier layer. The anti-reflection layer has a plurality of moth-eye structures. The plurality of moth-eye structures cover 60% to 100% of a total area of the second surface, and a top of each of the plurality of moth-eye structures is conical or arc-shaped. The adhesive layer is arranged on the barrier layer.

    Abstract: A leather material suitable for being attached to a touch display panel such as a vehicle dashboard is provided. The leather material includes a foam layer and a fabric layer. The foam layer is foamed to provide a leather feel. The fabric layer is disposed on the foam layer, and the fabric layer is color-matched and embossed to present a leather pattern. Base materials of the foam layer and the fabric layer are both at least one material selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), and polyolefin (PO). The leather material in entirety has a visible light transmittance of between 40% and 70% and has a resistivity of not less than 1010 Ωcm. A vehicle dashboard composite structure is also provided.

    Abstract: A method for producing a polyimide film includes: providing a polyimide coating solution; providing a high temperature resistant polyester substrate; and coating the polyimide coating solution on the high temperature resistant polyester substrate, so that a polyimide wet coating is formed on the high temperature resistant polyester substrate; implementing a first baking step, which includes: baking the polyimide wet coating at a first temperature of between 60° C. and 130° C. to remove a part of organic solvent in the polyimide wet coating; implementing a second baking step, which includes: baking the polyimide wet coating at a second temperature of between 140° C. and 220° C. to remove a residual part of the organic solvent in the polyimide wet coating, so as to form the polyimide film on the high temperature resistant polyester substrate; and separating the polyimide film and the high temperature resistant polyester substrate from each other.
