    摘要: Methods and systems of routing calls over a network are described herein. A latency measurement is performed for at least a plurality of portions of a plurality of network paths and storing latency measurement information in computer readable memory. A dropped packet measurement is performed for at least portions of the plurality of network paths and storing dropped packet measurement information in computer readable memory. A call origination request is received. A network routing path is selected from the plurality of network paths, the network paths including a call manager, based at least in part on the latency measurement information and the dropped packet measurement information. A proxy system associated with a SIP provider is informed of the call. The call manager in the selected network path generates the call.

    摘要: A surgical seal assembly for use with a surgical access device includes a seal housing defining a central longitudinal axis and having a longitudinal passage dimensioned to permit passage of a surgical instrument through the seal housing, a gimbal mount disposed within the seal housing and having a gimbal seal member defining an aperture for substantial sealed reception of the surgical instrument, and an interface seal disposed within the seal housing. The gimbal mount is adapted for angular movement relative to the central longitudinal axis upon angulation of the surgical instrument whereby the gimbal seal member substantially maintains the sealed reception of the surgical instrument. The interface seal includes an interface seal member extending at least along the longitudinal axis and being in substantial contacting sealing relation with the gimbal mount. The interface seal member is adapted to maintain the sealing relation with the gimbal mount upon angular movement thereof.

    摘要: An adapter allows the interconnection of a sensor originating from one manufacturer to be coupled with conventionally incompatible monitors originating from other manufacturers to form a properly functioning pulse oximetry system. The adapter matches a sensor driver in a monitor to the current requirements and light source configuration of a sensor. The adapter also matches a sensor's light detector signal level to the dynamic range requirements of a monitor preamplifier. Further, the adapter provides compatible sensor calibration, sensor type and security information to a monitor. The adapter may have a self-contained power source or it may derive power from the monitor, allowing both passive and active adapter components. The adapter is particular suited as an adapter cable, replacing a conventional patient cable or sensor cable as the interconnection between a sensor to a monitor in a pulse oximetry system.

    摘要: The present invention provides flexible call processing. In one embodiment, a first call from a calling party intended for a called party is received at a call processing system. The call processing system places a second call to a telephonic device associated with the called party. The calling party and called party communicate via the first and second calls. A determination is made that the first call has been terminated. A call-back instruction is received from the called party while the second call is still in place. At least partly in response to receiving the call-back instruction, a third call is placed to a terminal associated with the calling party. The calling party and the called party can communicate via the second call and the third call.

    摘要: A drip-less one-piece, injection molded pour spout fitment includes an annular skirt having an attaching mechanism for coupling to a neck finish of a container. The fitment includes a tapered pour spout defining a pour channel that is in fluid communication with the container when the fitment is attached thereto to allow for dispensing container contents through container tilting, whereby the contents flow through the pour channel in a conventional fashion. The fitment includes an internal, flow cut-off projection extending across the pour channel and in a radial inward direction from the pour channel, from a location spaced from the pour spout distal end, whereby the projection will prevent flow at a cut-off angle of tilt at which the contents would continue flow through the pour channel in the absence of the cut-off projection.
