    摘要: The DVD Stream Recording standard defines application packets as the logically smallest units created from the input data stream during recording. Usually the conversion from a point on the time axis to a corresponding application packet is realised by using a mapping list available in the navigation data. However, depending on the target time and a Stream Object selected, the match found can vary significantly. The invention allows editing a recorded stream of application packets with higher precision. The stream comprises at least a first application packet having a first arrival time stamp and a subsequent second application packet having a second arrival time stamp. For editing the recorded stream a discrete time is input that is a start time or an end time and has a value between the first arrival time stamp and the second arrival time stamp. The discrete time is mapped onto the first or the second arrival time stamp, and the recorded stream is edited correspondingly.

In case the temporal distance between two succeeding application packets is too big, stuffing data must be inserted into the corresponding Stream Object Units. The real-time stuffing control is performed such that overflow of the input buffer is avoided in case of a specific kind of input signals.

    摘要: The present invention refers to an apparatus and method of collecting moisture and/or trichomes from fresh tea leaves or other fresh produces in general. It is a technique in tea manufacturing technology field, for assembling the ingredients rich of nutrient but ignored as waste, eliminating dust and enhancing the quality of finished product. A hood, a fluid container, and a pipe with proper length and shape work as a housing for trichome(s) and moisture to be either not filtered or filtered, chilled, condensed, and collected. An air pressure gradient is generated by an air suction/blowing device inscribed into a general tubular-shaped housing to inhale moisture and trichomes through the hood. If desired, one or more filters with suitable mesh size(s) can be installed at suitable location(s) along the housing for preventing clotting and collecting trichomes. A chilling device is installed in a suitable location in the housing for condensing moisture into fluid to be collected by a fluid container.

    摘要: An economic, direct synthetic method for producing water soluble ZnS QDs that are ready for bioconjugation is provided. The method can produce aqueous ZnS QDs with emission wavelengths varying from 400 nm to 700 nm. Highly luminescent metal sulfide (MS) QDs are produced via an aqueous synthesis route. MS QDs are capped with thiol-containing charged molecules in a single step. The resultant MS QDs exhibit the distinctive excitonic photoluminescence desired of QDs and can be fabricated to avoid undesirable broadband emissions at higher wavelengths. The aqueous ZnS QDs are stable in biological fluids over a long period of time. In addition, non-toxic ZnS QDs have been produced with good photoluminescence properties.
