    摘要: An capacitor element is fabricated by winding an anode foil having a dielectric oxide film formed thereon, and a cathode foil subjected to a treatment of enlarging surface area in a manner that a separator is interposed therebetween. The capacitor element is immersed in a fluid dispersion containing conductive polymer fine particles dispersed therein. Thereafter, it is depressurized and dried so that the conductive polymer fine particles adhere to surfaces of fibers of the separator, fill between the fibers of the separator, and adhere to surfaces of the anode foil and the cathode foil in a manner that the adhesion and filling of the conductive polymer fine particles are such that an amount of the fine particles decreases from ends toward a center of the capacitor element. Then, it is impregnated with an electrolytic solution.

    摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor has a capacitor element and a conductive polymer as a solid electrolyte. The capacitor element includes an anode foil having a dielectric oxide film thereon, a cathode foil, and a separator interposed between the anode and cathode foils, which are wound so as to form a capacitor element. The conductive polymer is disposed between the anode and cathode foils and formed by chemical polymerization of a polymerizable monomer. The separator is made of a nonwoven fabric of synthetic fiber and has an affinity to the polymerizable monomer. The separator includes main fibers and binder fibers each having a fiber diameter smaller than that of each of the main fibers and allowing the main fibers to be bonded together.

    摘要: An object of this invention is to realize a pulse pattern generating apparatus that outputs a test signal of high waveform quality even when the shape of an eye pattern is changed. This invention is an improvement of a pulse pattern generating apparatus that generates a test signal of a predetermined pattern by using plural digital-analog converters and outputs the test signal to a test subject. The apparatus includes: a parameter setting unit for setting values of plural parameters that determine the shape of an eye pattern of the test signal; a storage unit for storing output values to the digital-analog converters corresponding to the values of the parameters; an arithmetic operation unit for calculating output values to the digital-analog converters from the values of the parameters from the parameter setting unit and the output values in the storage unit; and a voltage value setting unit for setting, for the digital-analog converters, voltage values to be outputted from the digital-analog converters on the basis of the result of calculation by the arithmetic operation unit.

Thereafter, the method includes supplying an oxidizing gas into the process container with no product target substrate accommodated therein, thereby performing an oxidation process to change by-product films deposited on the inner surface of the process container into a composition richer in oxygen than nitrogen, at a part of the by-product films from a surface thereof to a predetermined depth.

    摘要: A dielectric oxide film-having anode foil and a cathode foil put opposite to each other via a separator therebetween are coiled up to construct a capacitor device. In this, the separator is coated with an electroconductive polymer formed through chemical oxidation polymerization of a polymerizing monomer in a solution that contains at least a non-transition metal-based oxidizing agent and an organic acid compound. Even when the electrolytic capacitor with the capacitor device is driven in a high-humidity atmosphere and a large amount of water penetrates into it, the capacitor is free from a trouble of dedoping, and therefore keeps its high voltage-proofness and leak current stability. The electrolytic capacitor is resistant to heat and its ESR is low in a high-frequency region.
