    摘要: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor light emitting device includes a stacked structure body and an electrode. The stacked structure body has a first conductivity type first semiconductor layer including a nitride-based semiconductor, a second conductivity type second semiconductor layer including a nitride-based semiconductor, and a light emitting layer provided between the first and second semiconductor layers. The electrode has first, second and third metal layers. The first metal layer is provided on the second semiconductor layer and includes silver or silver alloy. The second metal layer is provided on the first metal layer and includes at least one element of platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium. The third metal layer is provided on the second metal layer. A thickness of the third metal layer along a direction from the first toward the second semiconductor layer is equal to or greater than a thickness of the second metal layer.

    摘要: Disclosed is a wire array rubber connector (10), including: an electrical insulating rubber (2); and a plurality of conductive metal wires (1) that are arrayed in a thickness direction of the electrical insulating rubber so as to pass through front and back surfaces of the electrical insulating rubber, and localized so as to be electrically connectable to electrical terminals that are disposed at predetermined positions on the front and back surfaces of the electrical insulating rubber. The electrical insulating rubber (2) is a flame-resistant rubber achieving V-0 based on the UL-94 standard. This wire array rubber connector (10) is obtained by: mixing a plurality of conductive metal wires having a predetermined length into a liquid thermosetting electrical insulating rubber material; applying a magnetic field from a thickness direction of the rubber material using an electromagnet that is patterned in a predetermined pattern so that the conductive metal wires are arrayed in the thickness direction and localized; and curing the rubber material by heating, thereby providing the wire array rubber connector with high flame resistance and with low transmission loss in a high frequency region.

    摘要: The present invention proposes an automotive wheel that can exhibit high strength and high durability. The automotive wheel includes a wheel disc in which a hat section is provided outside a hub mounting section, and a hat inner inclined surrounding section of the hat section includes an inner convex surrounding section protruding to a surface side in a curved shape, and an inner lower concave surrounding section continuously formed with an inner peripheral edge of the inner convex surrounding section, continuously formed with an outer peripheral edge of a hub surface rounded section, and protruding to the back side in the curved shape. The automotive wheel according to the present invention can reduce the stress concentration on the hub surface rounded section which is produced by the lateral force applied during the traveling of the automobile, and therefore high strength and high durability can be provided.

    摘要: In a cylinder head structure of an engine, a structure of an oil passage is simplified to downside the engine and to provide proper flow of cooling water in the cylinder head. A partition wall is disposed in the cylinder head to separate an upward valve operating chamber from a downward water jacket. A boss section is formed at a position lower than the partition wall in an edge wall of the cylinder head, and has one end joined to a chain case and the other end protruding into the water jacket. A branch oil passage is formed in the boss section. The branch oil passage has a valve upstream-side passage section specified by a section toward the chain case with respect to a junction with a cylinder head-side oil passage. The linear communication passage section communicates between an end portion of the branch oil passage protruding into the water jacket and a camshaft cap coupling surface of a second camshaft bearing section.

    摘要: In a radio communication system, an electronic component for high frequency power amplifier carries out the detection of output level, required for feedback control of the output power of a high frequency power amplification circuit, by current detection. The electronic component has an error amplifier. The error amplifier compares an output level detection signal with an output level instruction signal, and generates a signal for controlling the gain of the high frequency power amplification circuit according to the difference between them. For the error amplifier, a low-pass amplification circuit is used. The amplification circuit is provided with, between its output terminal and its inverting input terminal, a phase compensation circuit. The phase compensation circuit comprises a resistance element, and another resistance element and a capacitive element in series connected in parallel with the resistance element.
