摘要: Described herein are wearable sensory stimulation and monitoring devices that can be worn around the back of the neck along and in contact with the spine.
Apparatuses described herein stimulate one or more senses including auditory, tactile or olfactory. Apparatuses are also described that allow for sensing and monitoring of physiologic parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure and movement. The device also has features that allow for easy attachment or integration to articles worn on the head such as augmented reality and virtual reality accessories to provide visual stimulation and entertainment.-

摘要: In an embodiment, a wearable device for vibratory stimulation is presented. The wearable device includes a sensor configured to receive data and generate sensor output. The wearable device includes a processor in communication with the sensor and a memory communicatively connected to the processor. The memory includes instructions configuring the processor to receive the sensor output from the sensor. The processor is configured to determine a symptom of a movement disorder of a user based on the sensor output. The processor is configured to calculate a waveform output based on the symptom of the movement disorder. The processor is configured to command a transducer in communication with the processor to apply the waveform output to the user to reduce the symptom of the movement disorder.

摘要: The subject of the application is a compression suit (1) for use in the treatment of neurological or psychiatric disorders by exerting pressure on soft tissues, containing a fabric suit (2) for application to the patient's body. The suit is characterised in that it further comprises the pneumatic system for generating and transferring pressure to the soft tissues of the patient, made up of pneumatic inserts (3) for fixing in the areas where the suit interacts with the soft tissues and a pneumatic pump (7) for pumping air into the pneumatic inserts (3) and for regulating the pressure in the pneumatic system. Furthermore, the pneumatic system comprises tubes (5) for supplying air from the pneumatic pump to the pneumatic inserts, whereby the pneumatic inserts are arranged to allow the full range of motion for all movements of limbs and joints. Furthermore, the subject of the application is the use of the compression suit in the treatment of neurological or psychiatric disorders.

摘要: An exosuit includes a first structure including a series of link elements joined together by joints. The series of link elements extends along a length of the first structure. The joints are configured to flex such that, when the exosuit is worn by a user, the first structure at least partially conforms to a shape of the user's anatomy at a first side of the first structure that extends along the length. The joints restrict flexing that would deform a second side of the first structure extending along the length of the first structure. The exosuit includes a second structure and an actuator coupled to the first structure and the second structure. The actuator causes movement of the first structure relative to the second structure. The exosuit includes an attachment portion to attach the exosuit to the user with the first side of the first structure facing toward the user.

摘要: A wearable apparatus may include a driving module configured to generate torque to be applied to a body of a user, a leg driving frame configured to relay the generated torque to a leg of the user, a thigh fastener connected to the leg driving frame and configured to fix the leg driving frame to the leg of the user, at least one sensor configured to obtain sensor data including motion information of the wearable apparatus, and at least one processor configured to control the driving module based on the sensor data. The at least one processor may be configured to determine, based on sensor data obtained, information (e.g., a motion score) indicating a degree to which the wearable apparatus moves and/or moved and control whether to generate torque based on the determined information (e.g., the motion score).

摘要: An integrated lower back treatment system is provided. The system includes a central core. The system also includes attachment devices positionable on longitudinal ends of the core. The system further includes a strap, wherein an end of the strap connects with a longitudinal end of the core with the attachment device and an opposite end of the strap connects to an opposite longitudinal end of the core with another attachment device. Additionally, the system includes padding, wherein the padding assembly includes padding arranged to allow the padding to connect and form a shape over the core and wherein the padding has differing firmness characteristics such that when the padding is rotated about a longitudinal axis of the core, a user of the integrated lower back treatment system will experience different firmness values dependent upon a position of the rotated padding on a lower back of the user.

摘要: A wearable health management system includes a flexible member configured to be worn on an affected area by a patient. At least one actuator is operably coupled to the flexible member. The at least one actuator is configured to be adjusted between a deployed state and a non-deployed state. At least one of a photoplethysmogram sensor and a bioimpedance sensor is coupled to the flexible member to obtain one or more health metrics from the patient. A controller is in communication with the at least one actuator. The controller is configured to adjust the at least one actuator to the deployed state to provide a selected pressure to the affected area.

摘要: Systems and methods for communicating between multiple lower limb exoskeletons are provided. A first exoskeleton boot can receive, responsive to transmitting a first packet, a second packet from a second exoskeleton boot through a wireless connection between the first exoskeleton boot and the second exoskeleton boot. The first exoskeleton boot can determine a latency for communication between the first exoskeleton boot and the second exoskeleton boot based on a time difference between transmission of the first packet and receipt of the second packet and update, responsive to the comparison, a model indicating data weighted based on the latency for controlling the first exoskeleton boot and the second exoskeleton boot. The first exoskeleton boot can generate, using data from the model, a command to cause an electric motor of the first exoskeleton boot to generate torque to aid a limb of a user in performing a movement.
