摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive agent composition for an organic fiber, the adhesive agent composition hardly causing precipitation or cohesion and having stable adhesive force.The present invention provides an adhesive agent composition for an organic fiber, the adhesive agent composition including epoxy resin and a water soluble curing agent, and also provides to a method of treating an organic fiber, the method including the steps of: (i) treating the organic fiber with the adhesive agent composition as a first treating agent; and (ii) treating the organic fiber, having been treated with the first treating agent, with a second treating agent containing a resorcin-formalin-rubber latex (RFL).

摘要: A pneumatic tire includes a carcass reinforced by a carcass ply extending from a first bead to a second bead and a belt structure including a first portion and a second portion. The belt structure is disposed radially outward of the carcass ply in a crown portion of the pneumatic tire. The first portion includes a belt with a belt width extending axially from a first shoulder portion of the crown portion to a second shoulder portion of the crown portion. The second portion includes a plurality of bands with band widths less than the belt width. One of the bands has a first group of cords oriented in a first direction relative to a centerline of the pneumatic tire and a second group of cords oriented in a second direction relative to the centerline of the pneumatic tire.

摘要: A method in accordance with the present invention manufactures a tire with a biaxial monolayer belt component (MBC). The method comprises the steps of: winding a cord continuously about a first drum according to a pre-defined pattern to create a mesh of cords defining a single belt/overlay structure; adjusting the structure to a predetermined position on the first drum by laser lights; applying a tread component to the structure; transferring the structure and tread component to a second drum; applying the structure and tread component to a carcass component on the second drum; reducing pressure of the carcass component by a predetermined amount; and stitching the structure and tread component to the carcass component.

摘要: A hybrid tire cord has more uniform physical properties, and improved strength and fatigue resistance. The hybrid tire cord can easily be manufactured. The hybrid tire cord includes a nylon primarily twisted yarn and an aramid primarily twisted yarn, wherein the nylon primarily twisted yarn and the aramid primarily twisted yarn are secondarily twisted together, and after untwisting of the secondary twisting of the hybrid tire cord having a predetermined length, a length of the aramid primarily twisted yarn is 1.005 to 1.025 times a length of the nylon primarily twisted yarn.

The ratio SW/OD between the total tire width SW and the tire external diameter OD satisfies the relationship SW/OD≦0.3. A first region A is defined between a pair of first boundary lines (L1, L1), second regions B are defined between a first boundary line (L1) and a second boundary line (L2), and third regions C are defined on the bead toe side of the second boundary lines (L2). Defining SA, SB, and SC as the cross-sectional area (mm2) of the first region A to the third region C, and defining the peripheral lengths (mm) of the first region A to third region C along the tire inner surface as a, b, and c, respectively, the relationship 7.5≦SA/a≦11.5 is satisfied.

The crack propagation channel has an aspect ratio of width to depth of between about 1:5 and 10:1, has a depth at least 10% of the thickness of the tape in the segments, and extend along at least a portion of the length of the tape. Rubber articles containing the tape element are also disclosed.

The difference DL between the respective axial widths (L1, L2) of the radially superposed working bi-plies (21, 22) is at least equal to 2×(W+(R−W/2)−(1−cos A)).
