摘要: Example knowledge management systems and methods are described. In one implementation, a knowledge transfer plan is identified for transferring knowledge from a first person to a second person, where the knowledge transfer plan is associated with a topic. A meeting is identified between the first person and the second person to transfer knowledge therebetween. The knowledge management systems and methods generate a summary of the meeting and access data from an external source that is related to the topic of the knowledge transfer plan. The summary of the meeting and the data from an external source are aggregated into the knowledge transfer plan.

摘要: Techniques are disclosed pertaining to determining a level of proficiency of a user at a computer simulation through the use of a plurality of skill assessment tests. Each skill assessment test can test a respective skill for use in the computer simulation. The techniques can also be used to train a user for the computer simulation and/or to determine team composition using roles for use in the computer simulation. In some aspects, skill assessment tests may incorporate multiple iterations in including a first base line iteration and subsequent iterations that differ between user devices. In some embodiments, metrics that are indicative of a level of proficiency of the user can be made with respect to metrics of other users to determine a user's level of skill with respect to various groups of other users.

摘要: An operation management apparatus operates one or more vehicles by automated driving. The operation management apparatus includes a controller configured to predict, for each vehicle based on operation plan data, a time point at which driving is switched from automated driving to manual driving, identify, as a target vehicle, a vehicle for which time until the predicted time point is less than a threshold value, acquire vehicle data and/or operation record data, determine, based on the acquired vehicle data or the acquired operation record data, one or more types of abnormality having occurred in the target vehicle, designate, from among a plurality of workers according to the determined types of abnormality, a first worker who is to perform a maintenance operation on the target vehicle at a site near the target vehicle, and notify the first worker of information that prompts the first worker to take care of the abnormality.

摘要: A pairing module comprising a memory storing contact center information that i) identifies a first set of available agents that are available to be paired with a contact and ii) identifies a first set of available contacts that are waiting to be paired with an available agent. The pairing module further comprises a contact/agent (C/A) pair selector that functions occasionally read the memory to obtain contact center information and then use the obtained contact center information to pair available agents with available contacts.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a platform for providing curated work opportunities. The platform receives contractor bid data comprising information related to work a contractor is interested in performing, and contractor legacy data relating to one or more past work opportunities associated with the contractor. The contractor requests a recommendation of one or more work opportunities for which the contractor should apply. The platform associates the contractor bid data and the contractor legacy data with one or more learned contractor profiles trained by an Artificial Intelligence engine, establishes one or more parameters for assessing the plurality of candidate work opportunities based at least in part on one or more of the contractor bid data or the contractor legacy data, and analyzes each of a plurality of candidate work opportunities based on the parameters. Thereafter the platform provides a recommendation of one or more of the candidate work opportunities to the contractor.

摘要: Techniques for implementing a qualification-based task management system in a work environment are disclosed. When a user logs in to a work center terminal, a system identifies a set of pending tasks that need to be completed. The system filters the tasks available to the user based on the user's qualifications and the equipment present at the work center. When the system identifies a task for which there is not a set of users with matching qualifications, the system applies a machine learning model to the task parameters to identify candidate users or recommended qualifications for performing the task.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed toward systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for identifying and recommending team members for target users from a content management system utilizing a machine learning approach. In particular, the disclosed systems can generate a set of candidate team members from among users of the content management system based on various factors such as access to a common digital content item. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems further determine recommended team members from among the set of candidate team members. For example, the disclosed systems can utilize a machine learning approach to generate or predict recommended team members based on particular features extracted or determined for, or with respect to, the various candidate team members. In certain implementations, the disclosed systems further provide a recommended-team-member notification to notify a target user of a recommended team member.
