    摘要: An engine with an auxiliary airflow booster is installed to an exhausting tube at an exhausting gate of the exhausting head of a cylinder. The auxiliary airflow booster is a hollow body. An inner wall of the auxiliary airflow booster is formed with a narrowing portion which has two opposite tapered surfaces so as to have a front via hole and a rear via hole. The front via hole has a front tapered portion and the rear via hole has a rear tapered portion. An inner diameter of the front via hole is smaller than that of the rear via hole. Since the inner diameter of the rear via hole is larger than that of the front via hole, the rear via hole expands the diameter of the body. By above structure, the exhausting speed of waste gas is increased so that more fresh air is sucked into the cylinder.

    摘要: A device for engine exhaust extraction improves engine performance and efficiency. The device includes outer and inner tubes sharing a central axis. The inner tube is held in place by supports connected between the inner tube and the outer tube, which supports have a fan-like orientation. Helically oriented vanes reside on an outer surface of the inner tube, which vanes extend outward. An inlet flow separates into an outer flow between the inner tube and the outer tube and an inner flow inside the inner tube. The fanblade-like supports and helically oriented vanes cause the outer flow to rotate about the central axis of the device. The flow recombine near the device outlet.

    摘要: An exhaust system tuned during low RPM operation while the exhaust chamber retains its preset tuning for optimal high RPM operation. An exhaust controller according to an embodiment of the present invention receives an RPM signal from the engine and processes the signal to activate a solenoid which controls a valve that injects coolant water into the exhaust chamber. The injection of the water into the exhaust chamber has the effect of cooling the exhaust gases, thereby increasing the density of the exhaust charge in the chamber and slowing the exhaust pulse wave, thereby optimizing performance at relatively lower RPM levels.

    摘要: An air-intake device having a variable induction-pipe length for an internal combustion engine includes a cylindrical collector. Induction pipes extend from inlets on the collector along a periphery of the collector up to inlet ducts of an internal combustion engine. A switching device in the shape of a cylinder sector is pivotably mounted in the collector. In a first rotary position, the switching device closes lead-in ports which connect the induction pipes to the collector. Therefore, the switching device has elevations on its lateral surface. The elevations have a front surface and adjoining side walls together forming a first contact surface in a closing direction, and an end region opposite the front surface forming a second contact surface. The first and second contact surfaces have a seal and bear against first and second bearing surfaces of the lead-in ports in the first rotary position, for tightly closing the lead-in ports.
