Abstract: An apparatus (14) for adjusting a location of a rail of a window regulator (12) with respect to a vehicle door panel (10), the apparatus including: a jack-screw (24) secured to a gear (26), the gear (26) and the jack-screw (24) being rotatably secured to the vehicle door panel (10); a worm (28) rotatably secured to the vehicle door panel (10), the worm (28) being configured to meshingly engage the gear (26); and a nut (30) secured to the rail (16), the jack-screw (24) threadingly engaging the nut (30), wherein when the worm (28) is rotated the jack-screw (24) will rotate in either a clockwise or counter clockwise direction which will cause the rail (16) to move in a direction with respect to the vehicle door panel (10).

Abstract: A vehicle roof system comprises a stationary part configured to be attached to a fixed roof and guide rails extending in longitudinal direction substantially parallel to opposite sides of a roof opening. A semi-transparent panel closes the roof opening and has a drain channel for draining water seeping past at least one edge of the panel. A rollo assembly includes a rollo cloth having a first edge connected to a winding shaft, and a second opposite edge to which a beam is connected and opposite lateral edges guided in the guide rails. The cloth is wound onto the winding shaft and wound off to uncover or cover the panel at least partly from below. At least a part of the channel extends transversely within the path of the cloth and comprises a first sliding surface in contact with the cloth to guide it when it is wound up or off.

An elongated transmission member (19) extends along the first side (7) of the opening (2) and the first frame section (4). The drive unit (10) further comprises a driven transmission member (18) in driving connection with the motor (11). The method comprises the steps of: detecting door movement; determining if detected door movement relates to unexpected door movement; and, if so, taking action so as to prevent more extensive damages. The disclosure further relates to an overhead door operator system for opening and closing an opening.
