摘要: A process can be used for preparing nano- or microparticles containing a carrier-polymer and a biologically active ingredient. The process is a solvent emulsion process involving an organic phase (OP) and an aqueous phase (AP) to form an emulsion. In the case of an oil-in-water emulsion (O/W), the organic phase (OP) contains the biologically active ingredient dissolved or dispersed therein. Alternatively, in the case of a water-in-oil emulsion (W1/O), the aqueous phase (AP) contains the biologically active ingredient dissolved or dispersed therein. The organic phase (OP) is saturated with the salt-containing aqueous phase (AP) and vice versa.

摘要: A solid product composition includes at least one salt of a cation derived from lysine with an anion derived from a polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid. The solid product composition is formed by (i) providing a starting composition containing at least one polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid component; (ii) providing a lysine composition; and (iii) admixing an aqueous, an aqueous-alcoholic or an alcoholic solution of starting composition and lysine composition, and subjecting resulting admixture to spray drying conditions subsequently, thus forming the solid product composition containing at least one salt of a cation derived from lysine with an anion derived from a polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid.

摘要: A process can be used for producing optical molding materials on the basis of methyl methacrylate (MMA). The MMA produced by an optimized method and the molding materials feature in particular a very low yellowness index. This MMA has been produced by direct oxidative esterification of methacrolein. An optimized workup of the reactor output from the oxidative esterification of methacrolein can be used for removing particularly discoloring byproducts. This process moreover has the advantage that fewer demands are placed on plant apparatus configuration.

摘要: A composition contains a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU-1), obtained or obtainable by reaction of an isocyanate composition (IZ) containing MDI with a polyol composition (PZ), and hollow glass microspheres. The polyol composition (PZ) contains at least one polyol (P1) selected from polytetrahydrofurans having an average molecular weight Mn in the range from 900 to 2,000 g/mol. The polyol composition (PZ) also contains a chain extender (KV1), selected from 1,2-ethandiol, 1,3-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol and 1,6-hexanediol. Ski shoes, preferably ski boots, particularly preferably the outer shell of a ski boot, can be based on such a thermoplastic polyurethane. Corresponding processes can be used for producing ski shoes.

摘要: A polyurethane, in particular a thermoplastic polyurethane, is obtainable or obtained by reacting at least a polyisocyanate composition and a polyol composition. The polyol composition contains at least one polyester diol or polyether diol, having a number-average molecular weight in the range from 500 to 3000 g/mol, and at least one polysiloxane having two terminal isocyanate-reactive functionalities selected from a thio group, a hydroxyl group, and an amino group. A process can be used for preparing this polyurethane, and a molded body containing the polyurethane is useful. Foam beads based on polyurethane can be obtained or obtainable from the polyurethane, and a process can be used for producing foam beads. Corresponding bead foams are useful.
