Abstract: UV curing hydrophilic coating compositions and methods to make and use the compositions are disclosed. The compositions include about 40 wt. percent to about 95 wt. percent of a vinyl ether compound, an epoxide compound, a compound with vinyl ether and epoxy functional groups, or any combination thereof; about 0.1 wt. percent to about 40 wt. percent of at least one polar diluent; about 40 wt. percent or less of at least one non-polar diluent; and about 0.5 wt. percent to about 12 wt. percent of at least one photoinitiator.

Abstract: Technologies are generally described for suppressing discovery of mobile devices in a wireless ubiquitous computing (ubicomp) network, reducing the number of network transmissions by devices in the network and reducing network congestion and prolonging battery life. A mobile device may add supplementary information to introductory beacons transmitted by the device that indicate no response is necessary from other devices participating in the network except for a coordinator of the network. The mobile device may transmit a malformed introductory beacon that will be ignored by other devices in the network except for the coordinator. The coordinator of the wireless network may detect the mobile device moving through the network and transmit a suppression signal to other devices in the network causing the devices to ignore the introductory beacons transmitted by the mobile device.

Abstract: Technologies are generally described for code-division-multiple-access (CDMA)-based network-coding for reading data from massive memory servers. According to some examples, data may be modulated by spreading sequences prior to being transmitted from one memory node to another. In addition, the received signals (modulated data) from multiple memory nodes may be combined by a receiver memory node before being forwarded to other memory nodes arranged in a grid of memory nodes. The memory nodes may be assigned communication bandwidths flexibly and rapidly by changing the respective spreading sequences, which may be orthogonal or near-orthogonal for different memory nodes to allow support of random-access burst or dynamic data traffic, and enhancing fault-tolerance.

The methods may comprise receiving, by a processor, a request to store the data. The request may include an indication of a virtual address. The methods may further include determining, by the processor, a persistency of the data based on the virtual address. The methods may further include performing a first operation of identifying a particular portion of the memory module based on the virtual address. The methods may further include generating a command to store the data in the particular portion of the memory module. The methods may further include controlling the operating system to perform a second operation of updating a translation lookaside buffer to indicate the persistency of the data.
