A method of manufacturing a wiring structure and a semiconductor device, the method of manufacturing a wiring structure including forming a first insulating interlayer on a substrate; forming a contact plug in an opening in the first insulating interlayer; forming a second insulating interlayer on the contact plug and the first insulating interlayer; removing a portion of the second insulating interlayer to form an opening therethrough such that the opening exposes the contact plug; filling a portion of the opening to form a wiring such that the wiring is electrically connected to the contact plug; and forming a diffusion barrier layer pattern on the wiring such that the diffusion barrier layer pattern fills a remaining portion of the opening.

Various embodiments of a semiconductor memory apparatus are disclosed. In one exemplary embodiment, the semiconductor memory apparatus may include: a column control signal generator configured to generate a column control signal for a pair of bit lines corresponding to a data mask during a data mask operation; and a bit line sense amplifier configured to sense and amplify a voltage difference between the pair of bit lines and electrically couple the pair of bit lines to a pair of segment input/output lines in response to the column control signal.

A method for preparing amino linker oligonucleotides is provided. More specifically, a method of preparing 5′-amino-linker oligonucleotides comprising the steps of: introducing an amino linker having a protecting group into the 5′ terminus of an oligonucleotide; and removing the protecting group from the amino linker oligonucleotide by contacting with acetic acid and 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol is provided. The amino protecting group is efficiently removed from the amino linker oligonucleotides, and thereby achieving a high yield of the amino linker oligonucleotides.

There is provided a water purifying filter assembly module that a water purifying filter can be easily released from or assembled with.A water purifying filter assembly module according to an aspect of the invention may include: a filter assembly head having a water purifying filter assembled on one side thereof, the filter assembly head configured such that water to be filtered flows into the water purifying filter and the water, filtered through the water purifying filter, is discharged to an outside thereof; and a module body having the filter assembly head rotatably provided therein, the water purifying filter being released from or assembled on the filter assembly head as the water purifying filter is aligned and rotates with the filter assembly head.According to the aspect of the invention, the water purifying filter can be assembled on the filter assembly head provided in the water purifying filter assembly module during the assembly of the water purifying filter while the filter assembly head is being watched.

A navigation receiver is provided having a receive chain arranged to down convert signals received in a tuneable receive frequency band using a tuneable local oscillator. The tuneable receive frequency band is determined by tuning the local oscillator. The receiver includes a sampler arranged to sample the down converted signals and to sample a plurality of signals in each first and each second time slot. The receiver includes a processor arranged to determine at least a position associated with the receiver based on at least the sampled signals in each first and each second time slots. The receiver is capable of determining a position based on signals received from navigation transmitters operating according to a first navigation system using the first frequency band and from navigation transmitters operating according to the second navigation system using the second frequency band, different from the first frequency band.

An electroluminescent device may be provided that includes a substrate, a first electrode provided on the substrate, a light emitting layer provided on the first electrode, and a first metal layer provided on the light emitting layer. An oxide layer may also be provided at an interface of the first metal layer and a conductive particle. Other embodiments as described herein may also be provided.
