摘要： A guide template for use in resurfacing a portion of a bone includes a body adapted for positioning over a natural or resected articulation surface of the bone. The body has a top surface and an opposing bottom surface that each extend between a proximal end and an opposing distal end. The body at least partially bounds an opening extending between the top surface and the bottom surface. At least a portion of the top surface or the bottom surface has a convex curvature or a concave curvature that extends between the proximal end and the opposing distal end. At least three spaced apart supports project below the bottom surface of the body such that the body can be supported by the supports. Fasteners are provided for securing the body to the bone.

摘要： A method for mounting a tibial condylar implant includes forming a tunnel having a proximal end on a lateral, medial, or anterior side of a proximal end of the tibia and a distal end on an at least partially resected lateral or medial facet at the proximal end of the tibia. A condylar implant is positioned over the distal end of the tunnel. A fastener is advanced into the tunnel from the proximal end of the tunnel. The fastener which is at least partially disposed within the tunnel is secured to the condylar implant.

At least the rasp or the retention rod is moved so as to cause the rasp to resect at least a portion of the lateral or medial facet of the tibia.

摘要： A tissue anchoring system includes a tissue anchor affixed to an end of a cable and supported for insertion on a delivery device, the manipulation of which permits placement of the anchor on a far side of the tissue. A tensioning, crimping and cutting tool designed for use along the cable's longitudinal axis, thus reducing the number of incisions required. A suture anchoring system is also described for introducing a loop of suture into a surgical site and anchoring it, for instance, across a tear in soft tissue.
