Abstract:
A card connector in a U shape for receiving a card in a slot of the U shape and electrically connecting a connector portion provided in a bridging portion of the U shape with a mating connector portion of the card, has an ejector for ejecting the card from a connecting condition between the connector portion and the mating connector portion. The ejector comprises an eject plate slidably mounted on the card connector and having engaging fingers for pushing the card. A lever is rotatably mounted on the bridging portion and is engaged with the eject plate to permit the eject plate to rotate relatively to the lever so that rotation of the lever makes the eject plate slide to push the card by the fingers. The eject plate and the lever have a stopper which, upon further rotation of the lever, preventing further relative rotation of the eject plate to cause rotation of the eject plate together with the lever so that the card is further moved so as to insure the complete ejection of the card.
Abstract:
A thin-film solar battery is constructed such that it includes a translucent insulating substrate, a first transparent conductive film formed of a crystalline transparent conductive film on the translucent insulating substrate, with an uneven structure on a surface thereof, a second transparent conductive film formed of a transparent conductive film on the first transparent conductive film, with an uneven structure on a surface thereof, where the uneven structure is more gentle than the uneven structure of the first transparent conductive film, a power generation layer formed on the second transparent conductive film and having at least one crystalline layer to generate power, and a backside electrode layer formed of a light-reflective conductive film on the power generation layer. A substantially convex hollow portion projecting from the translucent insulating substrate is provided between adjacent convex portions in the uneven structure of the first transparent conductive film.
Abstract:
A steel cord for reinforcing a rubber article has a multi-twisted structure formed by twisting a plurality of sheath strands (2) formed by twisting a plurality of wires around a core strand (1) formed by twisting a plurality of wires, and the core strand (1) and the sheath strands (2) include at least a 2-layer-twisted structure formed by twisting core wires and sheath wires respectively. The relationship represented by the following formula 1.8≦[(S·cos2α)/{r·(φ1+φ2)}]×100≦4.2 is satisfied, wherein φ1: the diameter of an outermost wire of the strand (1), φ2: the diameter of an outermost wire of the strand (2), r: the center distance between the strand (1) and the strand (2), S: the cross section of the strand (2), and α: the twist angle of the strand (2).
Abstract:
Without decreasing the strength in the axial direction of the cord, and without increasing the thickness in the radial direction, a steel cord for reinforcing a rubber article, which improves durability against cut, as well as a construction vehicle tire utilizing the steel cord for reinforcing a rubber article as a reinforcing material is provided.A steel cord for reinforcing a rubber article is formed by twisting a plurality of sheath strands 2 formed by twisting a plurality of wires around a core strand 1 formed by twisting a plurality of wires, wherein the core strand 1 is constituted of a 4-layer-twisted structure and the diameter of the steel cord is 5 mm or larger. The tire of the present invention is a tire which has a belt constituted with 6 belt plies with cords arrayed on the outer side in the radial direction of the tire at a crown part of the carcass, which are crossed between the laminated plies, and wherein the steel cords for reinforcing a rubber article are applied to the third belt layer and the fourth belt layer.
Abstract:
A connector unit which is less liable to skew and easy to be manufactured. A PC-side connector comprises first and second PC-side contacts and a PC-side housing holding the contacts. A dock-side connector comprises first and second dock-side contacts and a dock-side housing holding the contacts. An intermediate portion connecting between contact and terminal portions of each first PC-side contact and an intermediate portion connecting between contact and terminal portions of each second PC-side contact have respective crank shapes. An intermediate portion connecting between contact and terminal portions of each first dock-side contact have approximately the same shape and length as the intermediate portion of each second PC-side contact. An intermediate portion connecting between a contact portion and a terminal portion of each second dock-side contact have approximately the same shape and length as the intermediate portion of each first PC-side contact.
Abstract:
In a connector adapted to be connected to and disconnected from a connection object in connecting and disconnecting directions, the connector includes a first housing for receiving the connection object and a second housing holding the first housing so that the first housing is three-dimensionally movable. A contact is held by the first and the second housings. The second housing includes a stopper mechanism three-dimensionally defining a movable range of the first housing.
