摘要: According to the present invention, a cooling apparatus includes a refrigerant tank composed of at least a couple of thin plate materials facing each other and bonded together at bonding parts thereof, a heating body mounted on an outer surface of the thin plates, refrigerant sealed in the refrigerant tank for absorbing heat generated by the heating body, the refrigerant vaporizing in the refrigerant tank, a heat radiator mounted on the refrigerant tank in fluid communication therewith for condensing and liquefying boiling vapor ascending from the refrigerant tank, and a refrigerant flow control plate composed of a plate material and disposed in an upper part of the refrigerant tank in contact with the thin plate materials facing each other. The refrigerant flow control plate partitions an inside of the refrigerant tank into a vapor outlet and a liquid inlet. The vapor outlet is defined by one surface of the refrigerant flow control plate and the thin plate materials facing each other to flow out the boiling vapor boiled and ascending within the refrigerant tank into the heat radiator, and the liquid inlet is defined by the other surface of the refrigerant flow control plate and the thin plate materials facing each other to introduce the condensed liquid into the refrigerant tank.

摘要: A nozzle device for extruding multiple synthetic resins as a resin composite, including a main extrusion flow passage having a main extrusion opening, a subsidiary extrusion flow passage having a subsidiary extrusion opening, at least a downstream portion of the subsidiary extrusion flow passage being disposed in the main extrusion flow passage, and an opening-closing member for opening or closing the subsidiary extrusion opening. The nozzle device has an auxiliary extrusion flow passage which has an auxiliary extrusion opening and at least a downstream portion of which extends through the main extrusion flow passage as it surrounds the downstream portion of the subsidiary extrusion flow passage. The auxiliary extrusion opening is positioned downstream of the subsidiary extrusion opening and the downstream end portion of the auxiliary extrusion flow passage has a tapered part. The auxiliary extrusion flow passage is designed such that when the opening-closing member is held at a position at which it closes the subsidiary extrusion opening, a synthetic resin flowing through the auxiliary extrusion flow passage and extruded into the main extrusion flow passage through the auxiliary extrusion opening flows while undergoing collision with the forward end portion of the opening-closing member.

摘要: A method of compression molding of a synthetic resin material in the heat-melted state by the cooperative action of a male mold assembly and a female mold assembly. The female mold assembly includes an outside member having a central opening and an inside member movable relative to the outside member through the central opening. A pre-mold-closing step of moving the outside member to a predetermined closed position is carried out, and thereafter, a compression molding step of moving the inside member to a predetermined closed position and compressing the synthetic resin material is carried out. Also provided is a synthetic resin feeding apparatus including an extruder having an extrusion plate with an extrusion opening formed therein and a cutting tool for cutting the synthetic resin in the heat-melted state extruded from the extrusion opening. A tapered portion is formed in the extrusion plate, and the extrusion opening is opened to the front end surface of the tapered portion.

摘要: A spool for a reversible-type correction tape assembly comprising a cap and a spool shaft and improved releasable fastening means therebetween. The spool shaft is adapted to receive a correction ribbon-winding core axially-slideable, but not rotatable around the axis thereof. The spool shaft comprises a sleeve having a top cap-receiving section which has an outer cap-engaging surface which receives a cap detachably mounted thereon so that the winding core does not slip off of the spool shaft. The cap has a depending wall having an inner shaft-engaging surface for engaging the cap-engaging surface of the spool shaft. The engaging surface of the cap or of the spool shaft is provided with a projection extending in a radial direction, and the other engaging surface is provided with a recess or hole capable of receiving the projection. The portion of the engaging surface having the projection or the portion having the recess or hole is capable of being bent or flexed when the cap is twisted to release the engagement between the projection and the recess or hole so that the cap can be lifted off of the spool shaft. The cap cannot be released when only an axial cap-pulling force is added. The cap can be easily detached by twisting but is securely fastened against loosening during use.

摘要: This stretch function-added loading sheet is provided with one sheet body and a force crimping unit. The force crimping unit comprises two clamping block plates and one clamping jig, and on one surface of the sheet body, the two clamping block plates are fixed on both sides of a folding centerline on the sheet body. In a state in which the sheet body is folded along the folding centerline such that the two clamping block plates overlap each other with the sheet body on the inside, the clamping jig is fixed to the two clamping block plates so as to clamp the two clamping block plates. The stretch function-added loading sheet has a stretch function with which the sheet body stretches by the clamping jig opening through application of a tensile force perpendicular to the folding centerline to the sheet body, and shrinks when said tensile force is reduced.

An air injection nozzle for injecting the cooling gas is provided along the outer circumference of the extrusion nozzle, and the cooling gas is blown onto the surface of the molten resin extruded from the extrusion opening to cool the surface of the molten resin.

摘要: In the hydrogen supply device for producing and supplying hydrogen to a fuel cell, a heat exchange section has a rotary thermal storage through which low and high temperature passages pass. Reforming material is supplied to the low temperature fluid passage on an upstream side of the heat exchange section. A reforming section for producing reformed gas containing hydrogen is located at a downstream side of the low temperature fluid passage. A combustion gas supply section for generating and supplying a combustion gas is located in the high temperature fluid passage. The rotary thermal storage rotates to move alternately between the low and high temperature fluid passages so that heat of the combustion gas flowing in the high temperature fluid conduit is transferred to reforming material flowing in the low temperature fluid conduit. The low temperature fluid passage communicates with the high temperature fluid passage via the fuel cell.

摘要: In the hydrogen supply device for producing and supplying hydrogen to a fuel cell, a reforming section has a rotary thermal storage through which low and high temperature passages pass. Reforming material is supplied to the low temperature fluid passage on an upstream side of the first rotary thermal storage. A combustion gas supply section for generating and supplying a combustion gas is located in the high temperature fluid passage on a downstream side of the first rotary thermal storage. With the hydrogen supply device mentioned above, the first rotary thermal storage rotates to move alternately between the low and high temperature fluid passages so that, in the reforming section, the reforming material flowing in the low temperature fluid passage is catalytically reformed to a reformed gas containing hydrogen upon receiving combustion heat of the combustion gas flowing in the high temperature fluid conduit.
