摘要： There is included a partition plate (1350, 1450, 1550, 1650, 1750, 1850, 1950) which divides interior of one container (1151, 1241, 1340, 1440, 1540, 1640, 1648, 1649, 1740, 1840, 1940) into two spaces of a fuel accommodating space for filling (1342, 1442, 1542, 1642, 1742, 1842, 1942) for accommodating therein liquid fuel and an effluent collecting space (1341, 1441, 1541, 1641, 1741, 1841, 1941) for accommodating therein effluents derived from a fuel cell body, and which is movable along an axial direction of the container. The partition plate is moved so as to narrow the fuel accommodating space for filling due to a pressure difference between pressures of the fuel accommodating space for filling and the effluent collecting space, whereby the liquid fuel (100) is fed from the fuel accommodating space for filling to the anode side of the fuel cell body and whereby the effluent derived from the cathode side is collected into the effluent collecting space.

摘要： Present invention provides a fuel tank for a fuel-cell, as well as a fuel cell system, which allow stable fuel supply to be performed whichever orientation they are set up along, and further which perform the disposal of emission as well. The fuel tank and fuel cell system have a partition plate which moves inside a casing and pressurizes fuel supplied to the fuel cell main unit by the emission discharged from the fuel cell main unit. Thus, the fuel can be supplied to the fuel cell main unit stably, whichever orientation the fuel tank and the fuel cell system are set up along. Further, since the emission is used to press the partition plate, the disposal of the emission can also be performed.

摘要： A delay circuit is provided with an npn type of transistor of which a base is connected to an input terminal, a first constant current source through which a constant current flows from an emitter of the transistor to ground, a first capacitor arranged between the emitter of the transistor and an electric source terminal, a second capacitor C.sub.22 arranged between a collector of the transistor and an output terminal, a first resistor arranged between the emitter of the transistor and the output terminal, a second resistor arranged between the collector of the transistor and the electric source terminal. The constant current of the constant current source is changeable, and an emitter resistance of the transistor is changed depending on the constant current. Therefore, an analog signal applied to the input terminal is changeably delayed by coaction of the resistors, the capacitors and the emitter resistance adjusted by changing the constant current of the constant current source.

摘要： A magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus for recording and reproducing a video digital signal suitable to a narrowed track pitch having two magnetic heads with the same azimuth angle arranged with an overlapped area to reproduce the same track, and a tracking servo executing phase control such that a center of a reproducing track is brought to a center of the overlapped area of the two magnetic heads. Reproduced signals of the two magnetic heads are compared so that the reproduced output of the magnetic head having a good on-track condition is always selected to improve a tracking margin without increasing crosstalk disturbance from adjacent track.

摘要： Disclosed is a tracking error detection system in a digital magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus for recording/reproducing a digital signal, in which a digital signal recorded by means of a magnetic head having an azimuth is reproduced to thereby produce a reproduction clock signal and the phase or period of the reproduction clock signal is measured to thereby detect a tracking error. Since the tracking error can be known every time the phase or period of the reproduction clock signal is measured, it is possible to detect the tracking error including the linearity of a recording track and it is possible to improve the accuracy in tracking error detection. Further, since no pilot signal or the like is frequency-multiplexed on a low frequency, the recording digital is not affected.

The recording/reproduction device is provided with a pick-up for recording or reproducing information and a control portion for controlling an operation of the pick-up, in which when reproduction is performed from an information recording medium on which in a separate area from a main sequence in which data blocks including original audio data and video data are recorded in succession, an additional sequence in which data blocks including post-record audio data are recorded in succession is formed, the control portion controls an operation of the pick-up in such a manner that the pick-up accesses the main sequence and the additional sequence alternately, and reproduces a plurality of data blocks in succession in each access.

摘要： A radio-type transmitting device capable of transmitting information other than information in an internal memory is provided. A RFID tag includes a encoding circuit for digitalizing receiving sensitivity of a radio wave sent from an external transmitting/receiving apparatus and then sending the digitalized receiving sensitivity to the external transmitting/receiving apparatus. Thus, the external transmitting/receiving apparatus can obtain a distance between the external transmitting/receiving apparatus and the RFID tag based on received sensitivity information.

摘要： As disclosed, there is provided a small-size power system for fuel cell allowing efficient extraction of electric power-output from a fuel cell and a secondary cell, electronic equipment, and an electric power feeding method. The power system for fuel cell has a voltage conversion circuit and a rectification circuit, and is structured such that output voltage of the fuel cell is converted with a set voltage, which is an output voltage corresponding to a maximum electric power-output of the fuel cell, as a reference to produce a switch voltage, and at least either the switch voltage or an output voltage of the secondary cell is outputted through the rectification circuit. This allows parallel operation of the fuel cell and secondary cell in a state that the electric power of the fuel cell can be utilized to the full.
