摘要: A threading unit for threading a thread through holes of a sheet-like flat member, including an upper block (2) and a lower block (3) mating with each other and each having formed therein a discontinuous vessel having apertures open on the respective mating surfaces. The upper and lower blocks, when joined together, have their discontinuous vessels connected to each other to complete a continuous vessel through which a thread is threaded. The upper and lower blocks are each split into a first upper piece (2A) and a second upper piece (2B) and a first lower piece (3A) and a second lower piece (3B), respectively, along the parting face. Each split has on its parting face a lengthwise cut half of the discontinuous vessel. The sheet-like flat member is sandwiched between the mating faces of the upper and lower blocks (2) and (3) with its holes coinciding with the apertures of the upper and lower blocks.

摘要: This invention provides a digital broadcasting receiving unit capable of achieving synchronization of time information between a base station and a receiving unit with reference clock without use of a crystal oscillator (VCXO) having a variable frequency. The crystal oscillator oscillates a clock of a predetermined fixed frequency. A variable digital dividing circuit divides a fixed frequency by a division ratio so as to change the division ratio. A system decoder detects reference time information from the base station. A reference counter generates time information of a receiving unit. A phase comparator detects a difference between reference time information and time information. A division ratio control circuit controls the change of the division ratio based on the difference. The reference counter generates time information based on a clock having a frequency obtained by dividing by the variable digital dividing circuit and feeds back time information to the phase comparator.

摘要: The present invention is relative to a system enabling a through operation between a mileage system and an electronic money system. The mileage system is such a system in which mile points as distance points corresponding to the flight distance of an aircraft are accumulated and exchanged for boarding tickets and other services. An IC card (230) having stored a wallet number in it is used. The wallet number and a mileage number are managed in a correlated fashion. Responsively to a request from a user, reference is made to an electronic money value ledger (222), matched to the wallet number, while reference is also made to a mile point ledger (122), matched to the mileage number. A preset number of the mile points are changed over to an electronic money value and, depending on changed-over results, the electronic money value ledger is subjected to integration processing, while the mile point ledger is subjected to deduction processing.

摘要: A magnetic head capable of preventing erosion of the magnetic metal film despite the absence of a protective film and preventing a decrease in the playback output due to decrease of the track width while preventing cracking from being initiated and developed in the ferrite substrate is disclosed. The magnetic head is prepared by forming magnetic core half blocks and by bonding the core half blocks via gap bonding, each of the magnetic core half blocks being previously formed by stacking a ferrite substrate on another ferrite substrate having magnetic metal films via glass films and forming track width adjustment grooves. The glass transition temperature Tg of the glass employed for stacking the ferrite substrates is set so as to be higher than the glass yield point Tc of the fusion glass.

摘要: In a photoresist pattern formation by exposure using first and second photomasks, the first photomask has a transparent part, a rectangular opaque part having a first pair of sides and a second pair of sides, and a phase shifter, having a first edge crossing one of the first pair of sides, so that a part of the first edge is in the transparent part, and the second photomask has a transparent part, a rectangular opaque part corresponding to the rectangular opaque part of the first photomask, and a stripe-shaped opaque part corresponding to the first part of the first edge of the phase shifter. The rectangular opaque part of the first photomask is expanded in the direction of the first pair of sides, while the rectangular opaque part of the second photomask is expanded in the direction the second pair of sides. The amount of expansion is preferably not smaller than a misalignment tolerance.
